I moved in online and did not find my room but Carlos was amazing he ensure I got the best service possible and walk me through the faclity.

My reservation was given to another customer the day before my scheduled reservation. This caused me to be two hours late to where I needed to be with the rental. It is crazy that not one person I have spoken to can explain why and how this occurred. This other customer was able to walk away with a rental under my name, my address, my email address, and my phone number. All I have heard is "Well it was paid with another card and not yours." Okay, but it is still under my personal information!!! I have received all of their reservation information in my email and phone texts. I will not be reserving from this location again.

Checking in the attendant told me I can leave and he will process the ck in. I mentioned the fuel was brought back to the level I received it. I purchased 3 gallons. I was surprised to see a fuel charge of $11.50. on the receipt.

Not looking forward to coming back to this storage unit. Inside the units looks like hotels from a stereotypical hotel in a third world country. Staff was friendly the hallways were cleaned. The walls inside the lockers need renovation.

The sign says to pull up and someone will be there to assist with your equipment return. Well, after sitting there watching someone vacuum i went inside for the young man to provide ‘assistance’. Not a good look.

I am truly frustrated and disappointed with my experience at your storage facility. Everything was fine until I went to remove my items from the storage room because I was oblivious to the fact that your facility is infested with rodents. For the amount of money your customers paid you should have an exterminator on contract. There was mice droppings all over my storage room. On top of the boxes and underneath all over the floor. I had to step in it to get my stuff.Two and half dead mice on the floor. A half because one was missing a head. One of my boxes was eaten through. Once home I discovered nothing but mice droppings and a dead mouse in the box. I haven’t gone through my other boxes yet but I cringe to think about what I will discover. It is disgusting. I had to throw things away because it is unsanitary. Your storage is unsanitary, disgusting and a health hazard. You are collecting people’s money to but rat poison everywhere and that is not fixing the issue.

When I got there i had nobody that could help get my keys even though I did everything online and was supposed to be given my keys asap but when I did get my keys after 20 minutes past my rental start time none of the equipment I booked was ready. Very poor service turned my 2 hour booking into a 1.5 hour booking

The mechanic could not finish the install. Had to bring to my mechanic. I was told they could not get the bolts off but, they did not tell me they broke the bolts off. It cost me an additional 263.75 for the time to drill to remove the old bolt and make so that the process could be completed. Had they informed me they broke the bolts off I may have considered taking to a welding company.

Staff was truly wonderful, but your policy of not accepting a temporary drivers license was prohibitive to my ability to rent a truck without issue. It’s not my fault that my home state takes 45 days to send the permanent card, or that they require me to surrender my former license, but you made it my problem. As an existing customer it was inefficient and disappointing; please consider at least revising this policy for those customers who have storage relationships with you where we clearly had to previously prove our identity. Again, team at the site was super helpful, but your (unpublished) policy punishes those of us who just happened to have recently moved.

The truck was one of the worst I’ve rented in time using U-Haul. The cab smelled like smoke and had cigarette ashes on the floor. The drivers side door was damaged and didn’t open all the way. There was a high pitched noise that could be heard the entire time driving the vehicle. The lift gate took excessive force to close. In general, not the best experience.

The warehouse itself is dirty as ever! The units are dirty and run down. No light. Hard to get your items in. No elevators. The employee who checked me in was friendly but didn’t walk me to the unit or explain where it was. Very cumbersome to get my things in to the lower level. I would not recommend this facility and definitely wouldn’t have rented here if I knew I wasn’t on the street level.

Uhaul keeps taking Mthly. Payment out of my Account and incurred o/d fee in my account. We had a frozen pipe burst in our Apt. in December, we had exhausted our savings for Uhaul trucks, storage, hotels, etc. So, to be paying after we closed our transactions and moved our stuffs out of Uhaul storage is traumatic to this customer who is financially stressed already! staff was nice but unfortunately I was overcharged when I canceled my storage because one of them employees forgot to close out my storage account so I was charged $132 when I wasn't supposed to. And my other complaint was that is so infested with rats that my storage was completely full or rat feces and it was all over one of my rugs.

I had rat feces all over my furniture, storage containers. I was extremely upset that it stuck to my belongs and had to get rid of some of my items. The rate I was being charged monthly should not have included rat feces. The amount of feces that was on my belongings told that this storage facility is highly invested.

I had expensive items stolen from my storage unit. At one point it was put up for auction and I never received a notice by mail or email. We had financial issues because I had heart surgery then my fiancé became very sick. Never once offered to waive any fees and I don’t know any place that charges you a late fee more than once a month. You do it 2 or 3 times a month.

This was the worst experience ever my storage unit had a mouse infestation resulting in my belongings full of mouse droppings and when it was brought to their attention they assured me it would be cleaned out and when I went back nothing was done and I found my belongings in disarray I would never use uhaul again for storage and I would never ever recommend any one to do so either

I had the pleasure of being assisted by 2 wonderful men (Carlos & Thomas) I don’t know their last names but it is ok. They was remarkable with helping me and accommodating me with my needs. I been a customer for a lot of years and never was my experience as pleasant as it was with these young men. They knew my story and work with me as I was experiencing a tough time I believe they should be noticed for their excellence in customer service.
