I was told that my paid for dozen furniture pads will be placed in the trailer. The pads were not in the trailer. Also, there was a hour plus wait at the location to pick up my reserved the trailer.

Better explanation and training on computer system for employees. Price quote was much higher due to employee adding mileage on top of online mileage estimate resulting in a $70 higher price quote than expected. Turns out it was day price + online mileage + in store mileage = $97 initial quote not $19.99 for a day rental. Employee had no idea what was happenin, how to fix it, or how to explain it. He did great eventually but everyone, even manager he called, was confused at first.

Well it helps to know that there is two charges of the same thing added to the total before actually getting there. My reservation was for 19.95 truck rental 10.00 fee for a dolly that they didn't even have and 14.00 for the safe move insurance on the truck. But even though they didn't charge me for the dolly I was charged another 19.95 for rental rate and another 19.95 for rental charge 4.89 for milage and the 14.00 for the safe move insurance. All I'm saying is the web site didn't calculate the extra 19.95 into the total.

Very rough ride. Front end needing alignment. Inside clean. Took longer to check out in the cold taking pictures of unmarked damage. There was a lot of "x'd" damage that the stickers were wearing off.

They were great here, the guy was very nice and helped me with a car trailer I rented and I needed it out of the way. He took the trailer in so I could unload the Uhaul truck.

Rent the trucks for what is on the side of the truck when you put up a 100 deposit you shouldn't walk out with 39.00 if your rental is 29.95 and the dolly is 7.00 this don't make any since to me I feel like you all got over on me and I pray that I never have to use your service again

I ordered an appliance dolly, which was missing when I picked up the truck. I drove back to pick up the dolly but they didn't have any so I just used a smaller dolly, which I was charged for in addition to the dolly which I did not receive.

I had to come to this location because where I was supposed to get my truck from was closed. Apparently a truck wasn't returned on time. My complaint not a phone call, email, or even a text message from Uhaul about it. Then I have to speak to someone who is in a different city from where I live when trying to call the local store. I received a receipt for $43 and change yet my bank account shows that I am charged $53 and change. Lousy way to do business

Would be nice if you had handicap units on first floor. Im on a very fixed income, so can't afford first floor so I am upstairs, staurs are going to be a killer. Will I be covered if I fall on stairs?

The thing I don't understand is when I got the U-Haul truck and move my things I have put $100 deposit down. They told me they would not need all the money and they took all of my money of my mycard

I rented a 10 X 10 X 10 storage and it was in two separate units. Even though they were next to each other I had trouble getting the small amount of furniture into them both. Also now two locks.

Amarillo - 6th Street location. Need CSR at the counter at all times. 2-3 customers waiting for person to show up - they're performing outside work instead.
