I like this location and the equipment is great but the only downfall is that they don't guarantee what EXACT trailer or truck you're going to get. And that can have a major impact on the big day of the move.

I was not at fault for a tire having air come out of it because it was all fine until I arrived at the U-Haul to drop it off and that’s when the tire starting having air come out of it but U-Haul made me pay for the damages even though there was many hazards in their driveway at the time of drop-off.

Easy reservations either online or by phone. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Vehicle was clean and ready for pickup when I arrived and check out was quick and easy. I'd say the only thing slightly frustrating is have to call your contacts every time you rent to verify your alternate contact. Otherwise great experience

Not pleased that the company rates fluctuate then the mileage rate is hiked up, and you end up paying alot more than you see on the invoice. ????????? So misleading and cheating consumers. Terrible! Then your advised that you need 3 phone numbers for verification then it changes when you talk with someone else. Inconsistency, and biases.

Actually, maintain the great customer service that you currently have. From the general manager to the service personnel, all were personable, friendly and professional.

Well as I backed up, I accidentally hit a bolt resulting in popping a tire. Yet you charged me 180+ or so for the tire damage on top of the rental fees and etc. If a customer caused an accident and it wasn't intentional, don't overcharge them for the damage which they did. Not sure if I'll use them again since I paid nearly 300 to get them off my back.

Express check in counter would help. Especially if have done it online already. How about a express check-in kiosk?

The only issue I had was with drop off after hours. I wasn’t aware that the process would require me to go online at the location (I had poor cell reception there), and to take a picture of the mileage (I dropped off the keys beforehand), so it ended up costing me an additional $20. If instructions or an overview had been provided when I rented the vehicle, there wouldn’t have been an issue.

but they need to check out and make sure the gas gages work and still think, it was good that they made me take a truck when i only needed a trailer, i think it was a big rip off

Customer representative was rude ( Cynthia I believe that Is her name) Her attitude was bad. I saw how she treat customers before me and she had bad attitude toward them. She tried to do the same with me...I di not let her. I Do not recommend this location!!

Rude and incompetent service. We are a nonprofit that services the community. We feed 800 and give out 200 Christmas gifts to victims of Crime and children in need??. -Computer malfunction when checking out the Uhaul. -we received multi calls about renting a uhaul, when we had the uhaul in our possession. - we called to let the office know we are keeping the Uhaul another day; only to have someone from Uhaul to call us and demand it back, yelling! - upon the return.. we were instructed to “were and how to park” the Uhaul, our driver had to remind the Uhaul employees ( more that one) what their jobs were. That standing around is not one of their duties. We are Building Up Lives Foundation and we hope this information will better Uhaul service to the community as we prefer to to build up

Great service. The vehicle was ready when I arrived and check-in was quick and easy on my cell phone. I extended a day by phone and it went smoothly. Check-in was fast and easy. Everyone was knowledgeable and professional. Very likely I'll use this U-Haul again. Thanks!

I rented a 26 foot truck, Isiah pulled the truck around, and opened the back. It reeked of marijuana. I asked for another truck, he said that's the only one available. I was so embarrassed when I arrived to each of my clients houses and I know they smelled the marijuana. I had the truck for 3 days and it never went away. It made my customers think we use marijuana and it was definitely uncomfortable trying to explain that the truck smelled like that when I picked it up. Also , I rented the truck on a friday , did local jobs in it. And on Monday , we went to Fresno in the truck for a job. I was under the impression that Monday-thurs was .89 cents a mile and fri-Sun was 1.09. I am frustrated that that was not clear. I own a moving company and I pay the same mileage as a regular customer.

The Operations guys outside were great. The ladies inside ignore you for 30 minutes or more unless you have a reservation. and never apologized for the delay or the wait. The only reason I was acknowledged is because I reserved a trailer while I waited. And the reservation was for 9 minutes from the time I applied for it. What a joke of a system. Try actual customer service next time ladies

I had my belongings in storage for almost five years at Uhaul. Any time I visited the facility, it was always super clean - no dust and ZERO bugs. Great, friendly, helpful staff!
