Kerry SwindlePlease inform your delivery drivers not to block the Handicap parking spaces . The driver just looked at me and made his delivery even though he could have easily have moved his truck because he hadn’t started his delivery yet . He was not a U-Haul employee but it made a negative impression on me regardless .
gary jamnickiThey forgot to check in my trailer yesterday and I had to call a couple times today to get them to complete the check in. I also never received the check in receipt from the return yesterday until I called and talked to a very helpful and friendly Uhaul agent Jay. Thanks for getting it all put back together for me. Somehow even though they took my email in Santa Fe, the system didnt have it three days later??? AND I gave it to the agent again when i checked it back in yesterday. Maybe work on the back end system that makes it simpler for your staff to get the customer's info to complete the check in. But overall great experience and affordable!!

I can not say enough about the Superior service I have received by the knowledgable U-Haul staff - at this location and others in Tucson. PLEASE keep doing what You do BEST, U-Haul = being there when people need support - even at a moments notice. THANK YOU ALL for Excellent service, as ALWAYS!
GLENN GRUMBLESIt is so busy. What you get is what you need, but there needs to be more people helping the desks. On a Saturday morning the wait for 20 - 30 minutes. Everyone got what they needed but they thought they would be the only one's there and they are not. I would recommend the location and tell people to arrive 15 - 30 minutes before they expect to get the truck, boxes unless it is not a busy day, and Saturday was busy.

Mark RosenbergLights on the trailer we rented didn't work. Tried 2 different cables and they determined that it was trailer and not our truck wiring. Got upgraded to a slightly larger trailer and everything worked and we got on our way. Took a little bit longer at the store than expected, but everything worked out.

Hector AlvaradoPicked up my truck on time, there was a padlock on the trunk that I was not given a key for. After an hour on the phone trying to get help, I had to wait another hour for somebody to come and cut the lock. Threw my moving plans off.

Daniel StockTruck was muddy due to road conditions. Was charged $25 for cleaning fee. If they want truck returned with no mud then should inform people that is required even on rainy days

Then customer service offered a $50 discount then rep at office in speed way said they couldn’t honor it then dropped it to $30… Hire better phone reps who don’t lie or honor what they the reps agreed to give the client. Dont screw up peoples reservations, then this wouldn’t happen!

Joshua COBBThe drop off location and employee was very quick and respectful however the uselessness of the individuals used to call the customer for drop off location, drop off time and customer satisfaction are absolutely a waste of money and oxygen. I could’ve had better success in getting a refund for the days I did not use the trailer from talking to a literal wall. It’s comical how dumb (literally) your telecommunications employees are that they feel the need to hang up the phone when they don’t know an answer versus finding a solution. Hire some individuals that at least have an GED and speak basic level English. I’ve never had customer service this bad for as long as I can remember. If there are any other options next time I move I will be utilizing those and avoid U-Haul at all costs.

Kevin BurkhardtThe customer service representative misguided me deliberately and never mentioned about the service fee associated with the feulong if the tank is less than quarter. They deliberately gave quarter tank to me and when I returned the vehicle assuming that they will just charge for the fuel. They told me that there is a service fee and when I asked them that give the truck back so I can get the fuel for it, They denied. I called the manager and figured out that he was a part of the game. He said that i should have read the contract (which is true) but when I pointed out that the associate must mention this to me as they were giving the vehicle to me with a quarter tank. He was v rude and misbehaving and told me that its my job to ask or read the contract and that the associate is right. He was a jerk
