Juanita O.Upon leaving this location was assured that my vehicle was secured by the technician on site. After 3 hours on the road the following morning the harness holding my cars wheel was dangling off and the ramp that I drove my vehicle up had released and was dragging along the highway behind me. I was made aware of this by 5+ cars that immediately flagged me down with vigorous honking and waving to let me know I needed to pull over because the u haul I was driving was a safety hazard for the entire road. The first u haul technician I contacted to fix the situation was unable to help (?). I ended up having to waste an entire hour going to a second u haul location to secure my vehicle. This situation was incredibly dangerous and my vehicle was unsecured and could have sustained damage for which u haul would have been liable. I will never rent another u haul again and I want a full refund for my transaction due to the time that this inconvenience added to my journey, the energy wasted, the danger that was imposed for myself and other drivers on the road, and the potential damage that could have occurred to my vehicle. U hauls are too expensive to be unreliable and dangerous and ALL of your employees should be trained in how to properly secure a vehicle on to a trailer. I expect a refund, and an apology ASAP! And I am happy to provide picture evidence of these claims.
Michael H.I absolutely love ALL of the staff here. I rent trailers often and everyone greets me by name. Ralph showed genuine compassion when I had a moment of sadness due to a recent loss. His kind words really were helpful. There's a young woman that helped me resolve a billing issue. Contacted customer service repeatedly about overcharging me for extra days. When I stopped in to pick up a trailer I shared the issue with her and the next it was resolved. My next review I will include more names of the staff because everyone really goes above and beyond like Ralph.

With the initial call for the rental, there was tension that was unprofessional and once we arrived, the young lady gave little eye contact and not smiling. Her professionalism was with the process itself and not customer engagement. However, during the process, I managed to make her smile a little. Upon returning the truck, the next day, the gentleman who inspected the truck, greeted us, kept a smile on his face, very nice and professional. I do not see an area to give him a personal rating but he gets a 5 star. I believe his name is "Ken". My apologies if that's not the correct name, but I ask that the rating be given to the person working who inspected the rental truck for contract # 28335351 (Ms. Green). CHABOURA G.Staff was really friendly and helpful. But the van I rented was disgusting. Mud all over the back, windows inside were so dirty it obstructed the view thru windshield at night time. The whole van looked like it hadn't been wiped down or vacuumed in a really long time. But picking up and dropping off was a breeze. And again, the staff was great.

I spent 40 minutes being bounced around the state to people who kept sending me back without helping, wash rinse repeat And fix the app and website so they don't malfunction so much. And for the love of God, allow scheduling on the app or online. It is so stressful and inconvenient to have to make and answer 2 dozen phone calls for a very simple arrangement. If I gave you the address, date, and time, you dont need to call five times to confirm it. I just gave it to you. You also tried to charge an extra $200 for no reason, wouldnt use the card on file and called me AGAIN, and tried to make and charge me for a new reservation that I didn't even make. Thankfully I removed my card from the account or I would still be on hold trying to get the money back. Never again.

doreen D.This is the second time in 2 weeks we needed to rent a 26ft uhaul to help us move 2 hrs away (with a very strict time schedule) and both times was told different things regarding our pick up AFTER arriving to get it. First time- wasn't allowed to leave car and come back causing a huge delay- when we were already incredibly stressed. Second time wasn't allowed to have my credit card that was on file in my name used since my HUSBAND who was driving it picked it up they told him the card had to be in his name since he was the driver?? This wasn't a problem last week and AGAIN caused hours of delay! ALL of this would have been absolutely fine if it had been told to me PRIOR to pick up. Moving is one of the most stressful situations families at times have to endure- and for this to be added on top of it all was not acceptable to me. When I spoke to the girl at this facility she was very rude continuously not listening to my concerns and telling me I could go elsewhere. That was icing on the stressful cake. I explained I was not upset with her multiple times but it was not ok we weren't made aware of there things prior and she made very clear she did not care at all and that I could just go somewhere else with my rental. I'm very disappointed in U-Haul's communication and customer service.

I managed to get a little cramped & tangled on the lot & Mr. James was able to effortlessly get me out of the jam so I could unload the truck into storage. Kerri was so helpful in explaining where my storage unit was, how to access the property, & even gave me an additional lock since my storage unit was actually 2 smaller units, not one large one. Will definitely use them again in the future & refer others to.

I did not have the option to select a location for the storage unit and it automatically went to the location. I called asking for a refund and to reserve the correct location and have not received one yet. Paloma H. | Online Move InWhile I did the early check in to obtain a free lock online by providing a selfie and my drivers license, I was told that I would need to buy a lock when I arrived to the storage facility in person. I also had to change the type of unit I had, because I did not know ahead of time that I would have to go upstairs (without use of an elevator) with furniture. When I upgraded the unit, I did not know how much it would cost. There was no 8x10 unit. There was either 8x8 or 8x12 unit. There was a mouse trap in the storage unit. The staff asked if I was sure I wanted to remove it, since there could be an infestation in the unit due to food. I did not pack any food with my stuff. I needed the space for my stuff, and the unit itself after the fact was $154. There were a lot of markings on the walls of the unit. For the amount of money charged per month, I would think that it would be a nicer storage unit. The staff was really friendly and helpful, though.

JOHN K. | First ImpressionsI want to provide a shout-out to the employees at this U-Haul, as I always had exemplary customer service experiences, but with that being said, it does not change my experience with this storage facility. Firstly, there was a miscommunication about which storage unit was mine, and the person who gave me my unit gave be a unit which did not match the unit I was assigned in the computer. This led to future confusion and stress as I had paid my rent, but there was a lock on my unit door. I had to wait for 30-40 minutes for this issue to be resolved, and it caused me to not be able to access my unit that day. Additionally, there was a significant rodent problem within the unit that I had due to there being 2 mouse-sized holes which led to the units on either side of my unit. There was mouse poop crusted on top of my boxes, there was a significant amount of poop which was in each corner of the unit (where the holes to the other units were) and my kitchen box which had pots and pans in it was filled with at least 4 oz of mouse droppings and my belongings had been significantly damaged by the rodents chewing up my belongings and pooping on them. I had followed all directives to not store food, drink, perfume, hygiene items, scented candles, or cleaning supplies in my storage unit, and yet the mice still were in the unit. The woman who I had checked out of the unit with was incredibly kind and swept out the unit and cleaned the droppings up so that I would not have to, again, speaking to the customer service provided. But, based on the damages and miscommunication, I would never use this U-Haul facility again.
