I should be able to be anywhere on location to use the app for the rental. I got through some of the app check out process and then had to go inside. ALSO, when I went inside to rent the vehicle, there wasn't one ready for me yet, and I was there in my reservation window.

He was polite but didn't go out of his way to make us feel welcomed. He handed us the keys and pointed us toward our rental. He had pointed us in the wrong direction. We found our rental in another row. Not the row he had directed us to. I thought her should have been more emgaging with as his customers.

TYLETHA R.Have the equipment cleaned before renting. If you already charged the previous customer for cleaning the equipment, why rent it out still dirty, and then try to charge me for cleaning too? Let people know that they will need additional information, such as their apartment rental agreement or employment contact, or an additional contact with someone else, before arriving to pick up the equipment. Allow the ability to submit the apartment rental contract in electronic format. Your app requires a new photo of a printed contract. There was no option to access an existing digital document already on my phone. If asking a worker for help with the app, don't have them create a new rental agreement and try to charge me twice for one rental, even after showing the worker that my bank account has already been charged. They still asked for my payment details. When asking for the supervisor, it would be nice to speak with the supervisor, instead of being told that the supervisor is somewhere else and won't be able to help you.

NAJEE A.Hire professional staff and train them. One staff member branded two weapons at me and my father and called me a weirdo and made the entire experience extremely hostile. Started with me not hearing the associate asking for another persons contact info. I repeated mine and the associate got an attitude. I asked if there was an issue then his attitude went from 0-100 real fast.

I am only 5' tall and had to stretch to reach the petals. I also had difficulty getting into the cab. Perhaps a pull out extra step could be attached to the step on the driver's side to make entering the cab easier.

carol M.Arrived at the location and reserved unit was not available and had a lock on it. The manager Gabriel never told me it was his fault and gave me 2 options. To either pay more a month for a larger available unit or choose the non climate control unit. He said he could not give the larger unit for same prize. I was paying professional movers by the hour. It took over 30 minutes to get assigned a new unit. This whole process had me in tears and feeling completely helpless as I had no recourse although I did everything right.

Make sure equipment is roadworthy as the truck I got would shake vigorously soon as I hit 50 mph, which about doubled my travel time.

Steve T.Picked up a Utility Trailer and purchased hitch equipment at the 5200 State Ave location in KCK. I was helped by Alayna S and Gabriel C. They were very helpful and understanding of my needs. Upon returning the next day I was met by Damian C. He was accommodating at first, but when I said I wanted to park the trailer myself which I did (in the exact same spot as it was in the day before) as well as un-hook all of the connections he said first that I parked it in the wrong place and was purposely making his job harder. I apologized, and told him that this was my first experience pulling a trailer and that I had a hard time making reverse moves with it. His reply was that if I didn't know how to handle equipment then I shouldn't have rented it. His manner in speaking to me was disrespectful (considering the age difference between us) and rude. The instructional videos that your company has posted on YouTube about trailers were very helpful - but you don't really learn how to do something until you DO IT.

One set of doors to enter the main building was never open, I always had to walk around to the other side and then hunt someone down to help me if I needed anything. The site was secure, which is great considering the area it is in. I do wish each unit had a light in it, but that’s probably not feasible. Overall it was a good experience!

I received an email with a charge for the unit cleaning. Rather than just walking us through the info we received online, it was as if they started the check-in process all over but did not tell us they changed our access info, etc and they charged us for another lock but we found one in the unit when we got to the unit. Small inconveniences of having to make multiple trips back to the office to figure out why we couldn't get in. In the end it all worked out fine, just not the most helpful (knowledgeable??) staff. Nice facility, less impressed with the staff. Just seemed to go through the motions rather than really listen to customer and assist appropriately. Even inquired about dropping our rental truck there instead of returning to STL area but was basically discouraged from doing so for reasons that felt more like because the staff didn't want to deal with it, than for legitimate reasons. This may be an inaccurate impression, so I don't want to be too negative about our experience with staff. Overall I would recommend the facility to others.

The draw back was that our unit was located inside the store area and we could not access it after 7. When we moved out of unit it became very apparent that no big extermination had been done. We paid for a climate control area which I assumed would mean minimal bug inhabitation but I was wrong! Ants and beetles covered the floor under our things. Thankfully beds were up high and showed no sign of bugs.
