Customer service is poor. The attendant saw us having issues but shut the door against us and locked us out before 7PM. He came back out to talk to a friend and went back in and locked the door. I approached him for help but he said call the number on your phone. After a few, he walked away. Also it was embarrassing to have to send numbers of multiple people just to get approved after so many years of patronizing U-haul. My time and plans was wasted.

Perhaps they were under-staffed. The staff - who was friendly, seemed very disorganized. I believe the U-Haul organiztion is dominant in their market space, but I will not return to this location.

kendra peteThere needs to be some improvement on customer courtesy. The sales representative at the front desk, Santonio, while helpful, was incredibly rude when I asked for a change to my rental. He literally spent a minute complaining about how I was making his job harder. He even used swear words. I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior in a place of business. I felt like I was an inconvenience rather than a valued paying customer. I didn't take too much offense since I believed it was his personality, but his conduct was very unprofessional. Perhaps he needs some training on customer courtesy. All the other sales reps were courteous and helpful. The rest of my experience was very positive. Thank you.

Also when I picked it up I found the fuel gauge is at 75% and when returned it I put 4 gallons and I received a message that my card has been charged $17 for additional fuel!!! But it wasn’t full when picked it up! This ruined my entire day!

She was not friendly and does not have customer service skills. The truck I rented had transmission problems. The brakes were also bad and I had to hit the brake multiple feet before making a complete stop. Will never rent here again

Michael WhiteheadMy experience with the actual unit was fine, but for a month after moving out I got sent multiple bills and the manager would not respond to my multiple emails explaining that I did not owe anything. Nonetheless, I kept getting late notices and letters in the mail. No response. Finally I contacted UHaul customer support and they were shocked at this incompetency and were very helpful. This ending soured my experience with UHaul moving and storage at nrg and I will never rent here or recommend it again.
