Sync in your online and offline services. I booked online and then on the shop again had to go through whole process. Also the shove a forcefull insurance coverage and then its a pain to get the refund.

The person at this location was rude, not helpful and did not give me any receipt. Just that I would get an email, that I never received one. Just a bill for $207 for the extra days.

This location is not good because you cannot keep your vehicle on site while you’re using the U-Haul. Also the van was very dirty and smelly. The gentleman who rang me up booked me for the wrong return time calling me asking me where the van was. I told him I was dropping it off at nine to 9:30 PM He replied you didn’t specify a.m. or p.m. isn’t that his job to ask? I know I certainly said p.m.

I have never had an experience like this before. I needed a truck for 1 day but I was in contact with Uhaul for 8 straight days via email, text and/or phone. I only wanted to do business with you for 1 day. I had to download an app. Every company in America wants me to download an app. 7-Eleven wants me to download an app. I Do. Not. Want. Anymore. Apps. The Uhaul drop-off was in an area with no cell signal but I was required to download and app that I couldn't use because there was no cell signal. If I don't use the app to return the truck I get charged a "convenience" fee. OMG!! This was an all around terrible experience. Uhaul customer service couldn't even tell me how to use the app. Uhaul should be embarrassed.

I'm unhappy about the way the fuel gauge was presented to me. The rep told me the fuel gauge was full, and in fact, the needle was pointing to F. However, like most cars, when the tank is full, the needle actually points PAST full. So, when returning the car, I filled up the gas tank all the way, bumping the needle past F, and thereby filling an additional 2.68 gallons of gas at $2.96/gallon (I traveled 72 miles at 18mpg, which would equal 4 gallons of gas, but I had actually filled up 6.68 gallons of gas). I mentioned this issue to the rep as well as an agent on the phone, and neither seems to able to refund the money I put in for additional gas.
