The tire warning light was on in the truck causing me to bring the truck back. Apparently it was a spare tire on the truck that did not have a sensor I was told. Instead of wasting my time & gas, it would have been better to have had a notice when I signed the paper work.LUCIA C.

The 10' truck I reserved wasn't actually what they gave me. Instead I could only get a cargo van. That caused a major problem. Could not fit everything we needed to move. I was very dissatisfied by this experience.ALLEN G.

They could not get me a drop off location at time of pickup. I was told that I can drop off the truck at my nearest uhual. However, when I returned the uhual to my nearest location, they charge me an extra day. The dropoff location said they did not know how to reverse the charge when I complained. Dropoff location wanted me to call the central service for reversal of the charges. I tried 3 separate times with calling the central service but I could get through. I was never informed that if I didn't check out on line it would cost me $20. I asked about returning after hours and I was told to park it at location, put keys in Dropbox and I would be check in in morning. DisappointingðŸ˜'Kathy H.

The van had a change oil light on. The van was dirty inside and out. The worst part of my experience was customer service when I had a problem being on the phone for 3 hours waiting to talk to someone. Being transferred waiting again. The truck had issues and I was trying to get a refund for one day. It took me 3 hours.SHIRLEY C.
I dropped off the truck with the same amount of gas as I received the truck yet I was sent a gas bill for $83. Not paying itDyenia A.
I made a reservation online to pick the truck up in Santa Rosa and drive about 300 miles and was going to drop the truck off in Eureka. they gave an option for a "SAVE 295$" DEAL it was good for 4 days and include 514 miles. for a total of 111$ not including tax i got a call the truck was not in Santa Rosa it was in Sebastopl, calling the 800# i asked "is the contract the same it's only changing the pick up location" the woman on the line said "yes it was all the same" When i dropped off the truck it was listed as a "local rental" for total $645.72..... bait and switch..... i called the 800 number and it will take 5-7 days to get a refund more to followGary F.

I was redirected to this location from a location across the street from my house. This was an house an a half away and I was not compensated nor allowed to transfer the truck to the right location early. At the other end, I was told I had to drive again an hour away rather than the location next to me because another customer needed my truck. The service from this location was just fine - the service from uhaul was horrible.SONIA F.

The Sebastopol and Santa Rosa location were very friendly and helpful. The UHaul process in general is terrible. The truck was not at the requested spot...or the first alternative after we drove there. The packing supplies defaulted to a prior move location so that took time and rushed the process as well.Scott P.

We rented an 8-ft. Ford F150 truck with supposedly a full tank. We went 22 miles and put 3.6 gallons of gas in the tank to refill it. Mileage was terrible for that size truck.Jim P.

Correct your business information on uhauls website for starters. But even while I had to do a second 1.5 hr round trip trip there because your store hours are wrong I was waiting while the customer if front of me had problems and all the store clerk does was blame uhaul and not the store. Just like he did for me with the wrong hours. Think the owner needs to get their systems fixed.Ryan S.

Nothing. It did look like the advertised mileage rate (.79 cents p/m) was $1.08 when billed, which was$16 more than I expected. Regardless, I paid it as everything else was smooth and effortless. But you should match the advertised rate to the billed rate especially for longer trips. John CottonJohn C.
