I was charged for 5 days when I only had it for 2 days. I sent an email to the address attached to the bill with no response. I called the business 8 times and no one ever picks up, just rings and rings. I'm going to dispute the entire charge with my credit card and never use you again.Solomon M.

I requested a truck online at a different location. when I got there the guys told me they didnt have the truck I requested and that I had to go to the place on Lake Worth Road. I was trying to save money on the mileage so that added to the cost, being further away for me. Then, when I got to this place, they didnt have the size I requested, which was what I needed. The truck was smaller and no ramp. Always problems with Uhaul..wish we have other choices. I wouldnt use uhaul at allPAIGE D.

Your website is horrible. I reserved a truck and a dolly for 4 hours. When I got there it was only reserved for 2. They were trying to charge me $14 for insurance that I know I didn't check off on the website. They had to find me a broke ass dolly. The truck has serious transmission problems. The customer service at the store is incompetent and ignorant. The whole place is disgusting. There isn't anywhere to park. And the whole lot is unkept and muddy. I had a couple issues and Flor told me that it is because your website sucks. What kind of employee speaks that way about the company they work for in front an office full of customers. I will never use uhaul or recommend it to anyone.Beatrice B.
Very difficult to maneuver on the parking lot and it could not accommodate too many vehicles bringing in rentals. There were to other returns while I was there and one of them almost backed into the building. The manager was very helpful. His helper, I thought he was on something. I thought I should have been charged for one day since it was based on a 5 day rental. I will consider twice before renting from U-Haul again, but now I understands the intricacies of all the connections.Leon P.

U-Haul corporate switched the drop off locations a couple times prior to drop off. Had me drop off at a closed location using self drop. I tried the app and website on two different phones (Apple & Android) and still got errors. Had to call U-haul to complete the drop.Ben E.

The location. I went to didn't have my truck available. They sent me to another location that was further from my destination so I had to pay the extra mileage. I left 45 minutes later than I expected so was late for pick up and delivery of my items. Because I was stressed out about getting back by noon amd getting to work on time I forgot to get gas. The whole thing was a mess. The second location I was sent to was very inefficient. The man worked very slow, kept explaining ridiculous things to people and took pictures of our drivers licenses on his personal phone to upload. That made me feel very very uncomfortable. The man was very rude. (Not my first time at this location but hopefully my last). Previous experience was horrible. This time I walked in as a man was being waited on by the other clerk (she was friendly and professional) as I stood patiently in line for several minutes, another couple came in behind me. The male clerk came out from behind the desk and asked the couple to come up to be waited on as if I did not exist! All 3 had to walk around me to go to the counter! On returning the truck he was short and very unpleasant. Made me feel most uncomfortable. Not a smile or single pleasant word from him. Not a good representation of a UHaul dealer!Valerie M.

They told me the truck had a full tank and to return it with a full tank. I drove 25 miles and it had 1/4 of a tank in it. I was charged to help load my car onto the trailer and when I told the guy the tires on the trailer looked low, he said that that was how they were supposed to be. I checked the air pressure after leaving there and found 1 tire with 13 lbs of air in it, the one behind it had 23 lbs of air in it and the two on the other side both had 48 lbs of air in them. It is not the customer's responsibility to air up the tires, especially after notifying the attendant that the tires looked low on air!ERIC D.
The location is close to my home, so it is a convenient location for truck rentals. The key dropbox was a nice option for afterhours drop off. I would recommend better lighting in the truck parking lot.CRAIG S.

When we arrived to pickup the rental unit, there was a lot of confusion for some reason and we waited 25-30 minutes from the time we arrived. When returning the rental unit, I had to move my own vehicle three times due to the limited space and congestion.J Ray B.
