We didn't even pick up the moving blankets I'd reserved because they were infested with rats. The truck I'd reserved had a "check engine" light on, so we had to get a different truck (which had no air conditioning and the shocks were shot). The bright side was that they upgraded us to a larger truck, but then they entered all the information incorrectly which led to an extremely challenging return experience.

KRISTINA OI would go to that location. No dolly was available even though it let me added it to the order. Van was very dirty, squeaky and wobbly. I was nervous the entire time I was driving it.
Jennifor MThe dude was chill but overall do not recommend. The UHaul had a flat tire, it smelled like weed, there was a chord sticking out of the wheel, and even more the UHaul itself was filthy. I only got it because I needed it, but it definitely was not safe nor worth the price.
Aurora BThe owner was lovely and sent my receipt out in a timely manner! The location is a bit less desirable but we (my BF & I) went a bit before 10 am and just waited in our car with no issue. The truck we rented did have the wheel alignment off so in order to go straight the wheel was turned pretty much right at all times but it honestly took little time to get use to it. I'm 5'2" and was able to drive it comfortably during one of our snowier days and it handles just fine!
Emma BVery unprofessional was not given instructions or nothing on the U-Haul then they accuse you of using over the miles and I didn't . Representative never did a walk thru around U-Haul to inspect it. And that's when receiving the U-Haul and returning the U-Haul

Aneesa JI would recommend that Uhaul change the location name. This location is NOT "Stop N' Go", it is J's Ribs. The location area was also dark, not well lit and not very well identified. For this to be a drop off only, it should have mor esignage but that comes Uhaul properly identifying the location with the correct name, so that a customer, esp. a woman does not feel that she needs to get others to be with her. There are several steps to completethat leaves one vulnerable and feeling to just take pictures prior to arriving, hurry and lock the truck, turn in key and leave.

Helena WThey did not provide the dolly for moving after I reserved the equipment. Had to do two separate transactions. When truck was returned at original gas line they charged me separately twice for a total of $70 on top of original charge. When I called to have charge removed; I was approached with sarcasm and an unprofessional attitude.
Jessie WLocations and services poorly indications and poor customer services. Truck was provided empty. Equipment requested not all were provided. Too many call changing the locations and equipment.
Ruben MThe worst truck ever given to me. I truly felt like I was going to be stranded in that huge broken down truck .. I did call the office and inform them of this terrible truck and that nobody should rent this truck ..let alone it only had a quarter tank to it. Smh. The damage inside the truck truly thought it was stolen or someone tried to for that steering wheel was busted up. Judy terrible l... Once on highway I was praying hard. I did call the office he said he would inform of my complaint... The outside of the truck was so much damage a piece of the truck in the middle was sticking out just terrible. Also it had broken glass in issue the storage area of truck. I know it's not being clean

Brittany BFirst of all my location I picked at the airport was changed last minute. I had to find a ride to this location 5 miles away from where I landed. Then i get there, the truck had no gas. Literally said 3 miles to empty. The side view mirror was broken. The truck was dirty and smells like a pack of cigarettes. Then i was told as long as I return it with a quarter tank of gas I'd get a 36$ credit.... which I did but....

Daniel HThe truck was fine, and the gentleman who checked us out was friendly enough, but he was unable to locate any dropoff locations in the Philadelphia, PA area, so he randomly selected any location in Pennsylvania, which was far away from my destination. I think he had trouble with that part of the U-Haul software.
ROBERT FI was dissatisfied. The truck was dirty with items still on it, from the previous person, on empty. I had to put 60 dollars in the truck, I did not have any of the equipment, I asked for. The customer service was terrible, very rushed and unpleasant. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!!!!!
TAKARA SMy reservation was double booked. Had to wait almost an hour for another uhaul.

George GWe got to the location, there were 2 Uhall's in the parking lot and one was the size we were suppose to have. My husband went in and was told by the store manager they did not have keys for it....but he was working on getting us another one. After over 1.5 hours of waiting, another person returned theirs late. This was horrible. We paid a lot, should have have had to wait. Our plans that night were canceled.
Margaret KChargers were added on without permission for service I didn't want and since truck wasn't available for out of town had to deal with on site customer service and never received a print out for fees and got charged for gas because truck gauged moved slow after putting in 30 for 20 that was needed and hit with gas charge of 25.99!

Jacqueline GRight-side rear view mirror has been improperly repaired with 1) 2 panes of mirrored material, and 2) with mirrored material that is curved; not flat. Surprised that it passed annual safety inspection like this.
Joanne SThe truck we reserved was not returned. We waited for an hour as the agent went to get us another. This was a larger truck 26ft We filled 25% of it. Had to get gas twice, upon returning the truck the agent said it gets 8 miles to the gallon. The truck was a terrible deal as well as more difficult to drive

janet jThe truck that I rented was not equipped for the proper move. The seat belt was broken and the Grier shift was jacked up n the oil light was on and the transmission on the truck was bad. The door in the back got stuck going up and coming down and so did the ramp going in and out.
