The staff was accommodating and the location was fine everything was clean and any question I had got answered in a timely manner. The only issue I had was that there wasn't a dolly or mats which made things more challenging moving but it's not a huge deal.Adam O.

My return message instructions wasn't sent until the next day AFTER I had already returned the rental. I was a little confused with the return process so I called customer service to straighten it out but I was still charged extra $20 because of where the truck was returned I assume. Plus I returned it the same day several hours earlier than my rental time.Dameon P.

The only issue I had was the website open and close times were incorrect. Staff were awesome!Coni C.
When I dropped of the trailer the same day I rented it I was told everything was taken care of. But the employee did not do her job. She did not register the trailer turned in on Saturday it was not checked in till the following Monday which meant I was overcharged. Not happy about it at all. Had to go back there after calling U Haul customer service and getting no help. Was supposed to hear from UHaul within 72 hours, never heard a thing from UHaul. Another attendant at the drop off location had to fix the issues, David Page was his name. Since not hearing from UHaul I would seek other companies for future rentals.Cecil M.

Overcharged for 45 minutes late on return. Only revealed the overcharge after the trailer was returned. I will never rent from here again and advise anyone else to not rent from them.Perry F.
The truck was old and beat up. Even the guy who worked there said he didn't know why they assigned that one to anyone because of how old and run down it was. The battery died on the first day which caused us to have to keep it a second day. We called and got the battery replaced and we were told they'd wave the second day of fees since otherwise we would have had it back before then only to find the next day when we went to return it we still had all those fees attracted to our account. The truck shouldn't be rented out to anyone else and it's complete bull to not uphold what you tell a customer.William B.

My contract was not correct; wrong mileage off by 4.5 miles and gas in vehicle not correct. Below 1/4 tank. Truck not cleaned out. Empty drink bottles behind seats and she retrieved key from box so truck never checked in? My entire rental experience was a nightmare from the beginning . When I leased a truck days in advance and then confirm from states away and arrive to pick up and truck NOT AVAILABLE UHAUL MUST DO BETTER!! Upon arriving at second pick up site the person was inadequately trained and I had to reach out to Scheduling a managers for conference training call and â€œ make shiftâ€ items to complete my previously confirmed leased items.victoria R.

I had to clean the U-Haul and fold blankets that I didn't even use bc they will charge you a $25 cleaning fee. Then they told me I had to fill the gas back to where it was and I put $15.14 in it before I dropped it off and they charged me $13.75 on my bill for gas.Jeremy S.

This comment is not about the above mentioned facility, rather uhaul in general. The entire process of reserving and pick up was a ridiculous ordeal. I reserved a 20 foot truck with an auto transport trailer. The pick up location was changed by uhaul to a completely different city for the truck and a different location in the original city for the trailer. Upon arrival for the truck there was no 20 foot as reserved, only a 26 foot truck of which I was told two people were waiting for. Fortunately my reservation was at noon, so I got the truck. Of course, this meant a bigger vehicle, which means more weight and less gas mileage thus more costly. There were three auto transports parked there, so obviously asked about using one instead of having to drive to another location to get one. I was told they were either broken or already reserved. So, I went back to my home city to pick up the transporter. When I got there, they of course didn't have one and spent the next thirty minutes trying to locate one. The one they found was over an hours drive away. I told them about the other location having some but were not available. They called that location while I was standing there and was told they did have one. I reluctantly drove back to where I got the truck (30 minutes) instead of driving an hour to get the trailer. Once there I was told none were available. The agent said uhaul does this all the time of making reservations that aren't available or to different locations. After several minutes the agent acquiesced and gave me the trailer knowing full well he had just created a difficult situation for himself with the next customer. I had a blow out on the trailer I had rented. I called roadside assistance I was on hold for 45 min. Still no answer. We limped trailer to tire shop. I paid to replace tire. When I returned trailer...I was given a lecture on how I did everything wrong. I just asked to be reimbursed for tire I paid for. Do not use this location period.dan B.
