The representative at the location was dealing with allot of customer traffic among other things, however, he remained professional and calm at all times! He clearly explained each circumstance that had occurred which enabled my experience to be an overall positive one! Thank you!

Emily BI requested a furniture dolly with pick up. This site did not have one and still charged me. When I picked up the 15ft Uhaul the on-site representative was confused and asked me to to assist them because the Uhaul I was to pick up had not been processed back into the system. This cause an hour delay, which in turn cause movers to leave which then forced me to load my stuff by myself which forced me to keep the Uhaul overnight. Of course I was charged a fee. I returned the Uhaul and later realized I had left my personal hand truck style dolly in the back. I went back and asked for it but the onsite representative stated I had one when I checked out and I was required one with the check in. Called the helpline and was assured I would be reimbursed by an "adjuster" which was not true. The adjuster said it was nothing they could do. Lost my dolly and charged multiple charges. This was a horrible experience.

Elaine WThe location was fine. Had there not been another truck there though I would have had NO clue where to park the truck (gas station). My complain with drop off was that the app wasn't responsive despite good cellular reception. It took 30 minutes at least to get the app to say I had completed the return and ultimately I'm not sure it even did complete the process the way it was intended as the page jumped from one step to "all done" skipping over at least a step or two.
Morgan SCheck in was awful, there’s no cell service to do self-pickup and the shop’s computer barely worked. Same with dropping it off, the shop’s computer didn’t work at all and the attendant had to call the helpdesk. Go somewhere else

James PI reserved an appliance dolly online with my truck rental. However, when I picked up truck the dolly was not with it. Went to an actual U-Haul center to try and rent one but was told dolly’s are FCFS. So if that is the case why is there an ability to reserve them. I was coming in from out of town to move my sons and did not bring my own. Had this been disclosed I could have planned for success, but instead this policy set me up for failure. Unsatisfactory!!!!!!

The truck that I had should be retired it was terrible, got terrible gas mileage, was the worst driving truck I’ve ever experienced. No cruise control. No connection to the new tools that we have today for mass. Very unsafe truck to drive.

Curtis MI reserved a 26 foot truck to move my 4 bedroom house a few days in advance. The day before the move I received a call to confirm the truck we received for our 3:30 pm pick up. We arrive early as advertised to pick up our truck the day of pick up via the app. For some reason the app will not let us check in so we see the clerk in the store to see what’s the issue that’s when we find out that the 26 foot truck we reserved and received a confirmation the day before is down and not available. We also hired movers that are scheduled to move the house at 4pm now we have no truck to move our house. The clerk at the store tells us to call headquarters because he has no trucks for us. So we call headquarters she advised us that the location we are at never let the system know that the 26 foot truck was down but she can put us in one 30-45 minutes away from where we are. To make a long story short she put us in a 15 foot truck at the location we are at to move our 4 bedroom house. It winds up taking extra time and money to move the house, two days later we are finally moved out but not as planned due to rushing to get everything in the new house is a mess and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone unless your ready for the worst experience ever.

HANSJACOB LThis was my best U-haul experience ever. The gentleman (I wish I had this name) who helped me was very courteous, gave very useful guidance about driving the truck (in a very kind manner). The processing during pick-up was very fast, so was the processing when I returned the truck, I will definitely use this location in any future U-haul need.
