Keep up the great customer service

Olivia S.Drop off was very easy. Attendant came out to tell us where to park the truck and to obtain gas and mileage. We dropped off the keys and were done.

The gentleman (I wish I had this name) who helped me was very courteous, gave very useful guidance about driving the truck (in a very kind manner). The processing during pick-up was very fast, so was the processing when I returned the truck, I will definitely use this location in any future U-haul need.

Had to call customer service and wait for rep for 30 minutes. Not sure if the is a problem with the app...no error message just wouldn't take pics. Otherwise everything was great.

Lee D.To check in truck staff took a picture of the picture I took of the gas guage and odometer. But was too busy to do final check out said they would email receipt. Truck was picked up with 1/2 tank of gas and returned with 1/2 tank but location charge me for 2 gallons at 5.17 per gallon. Very disappointing...renter beware.

Johnson J.I reserved a dolly. I got to the location and they said they ran out. They setup a pickup at another location and they said no one ever called to ask to reserve. I ended up having to buy a $50 dolly. I returned to truck to the original location and charge me for the dolly never received. called multiple times to get my refund.

JOHNNYMINHTOAN P N.I rented 2 dollies that were not provided. When I tried to discuss this with a supervisor on the p hi one, he yelled at me, literally raised his voice. It was his day off and he was irritated that I needed my equipment. He shared with me that I could go across town to get it. I asked him to take it off my bill and that has not happened. It's one thing to get the order wrong but no one should be spoken to like this man spoke to me.
