Every time I entered the office, the employee was not wearing a mask. Also, the inside of the truck was dirty, food crumbs, clearly no cleaning has been done since truck was last used.

The furniture pads i ordered were not in the truck, so a little more attention to detail would be nice.
Have the vehicle full of gas at pick up. I did not appreciate having to play the guess how much gas to put in the tank to return it to the same level as I picked it up. I ended up paying for an eighth of a tank that I didn't use. I would prefer to get a vehicle full of gas and return it full.
The Uhaul office was not open at 12:30pm, although the sign on the door showed hours of operation starting at 11 am. I had wanted to pick-up additional moving blankets and mattress covers. Also, I wanted to pickup the truck in Hudson MA (which I can walk to), but my reservation got moved to Marlborough MA (and needed to find a ride). The 20' moving van was probably the nicest Uhaul that I've ever rented, it only had 104k miles and ran well, and was clean and in really good condition.
I was charged for two rental periods on a same day pick up and delivery. Also, when I arrived during normal posted business hours (11 am) no one was there to assist me.
Took an extra hour to get our truck. Was told the pick up local toon would have 24/7 service and when we showed up there was no one there. The online pickup was not easy either. Overall terrible experience.
I understand the vehicle pickup was switched to this location 24 hours before I was to start my rental. I ordered 3 dozen moving blankets and they were not there. I simply got a “o I don't have any more of thoseâ€. Sure I got my money back but I needed them. Uhaul for me in the past had great communication, the ball was dropped here unfortunately. It caused me to spend more on wrapping supplies last minute.
This was my first attempt to rent for that day. The first attempt was done online and for a pickup at Storage Plus UHaul Hudson. Got there right before opening at 9:00 am but was never able to get the truck and the people there were not much help. Called U-Haul to resolve the issue and could never get through. Ended up driving a few miles to a new location which allowed me to rent a truck on the spot.
The location is in the back far away from the street and feels unsafe. A dead rat by the stairs to the office was creepy - seriously.
Everything was excellent. Keep up the great customer service.

I got charged 175$... my contract stated It should be no more than 70-90$, the guy at the location kept saying he doesn't know why this is happening. I just need my money backs and no one seem to be able to help and it's frustrating
Very easy check-in and check-out using iPhone. Cargo van was clean, well serviced and had only 7000 miles on it. Worked great for an apartment move.

Hours 9-1 are awful and 9-9:15 on Saturday. The remote pick up and drop off was horrid. I will never use this again.
Trailer was not prepped for rental: one of the front tire safety straps was cut apart with a knife and its ratchet tightening system was jammed solid. The other front side tire strap ratchet system needed more than 30 minutes of work to unjam it.
So easy to reserve online and then just pick up. The man that worked there was very nice. Sorry I do not remember his name
Make sure everything that was ordered is in the truck. Missing a dolly that was paid for, had to drive to Northborough to get one.

Hours are limited so plan well. That being said, when I thought I was going to be late and called, it was no problem. Drop off easy and receipt emailed quickly as promised.
I had rented two dollies but they weren't inside my van, I used my cell phone because I needed the van before store opening hour so I had to come back to get those accessories and spent few miles unnecessarily
I was charged for a furniture dolly that I never received. I told them that in the return process and never got my $7 back.

I ren a mini ban for 2 hours. and. the charges me $67 the next day I called the location because I noticed that they took one payment of $67 en also they took two more payments of $66.23 x 2 = 132.46. so when I ask the guy on the office abut that. hi just told me that his been there for 15 years and never. something like that has happen before so I gess I rent a 2 hours for. almos $200

Office was not like the other stores but was ok for pick up and drop off a trailer. I received a used box that end it up not in need of and could not return because it was used. Trailer was clean and well maintained. Attendant was very helpful.

More attention to the vehicle. The low tire pressure alert was activated. The "info" light was on the dash the entire time. Gas tank should be full. It is very difficult to estimate the amount of fuel used when the vehicle is not full at pickup. The windshield was very dirty. And, the Uhaul app didn't work.
Absolutely nothing, the experience was top notch. I wasn't aware of the ability to rent even when you aren't open until a few weeks ago, that is a great service! I will definitely use your location the next time I need a truck.
The location and vehicle were fine. I would improve your online check-in and check-out process.
Lights didn't work as soon as we tried to pick up trailer
Went in to get packaging and ended up renting a truck and tow dolly. Dean made it easy to reserve after U-Haul Traffic center had failed to help me.

U-Haul rarely honors my pick-up location selected on line. I consistently need to call dealers back-and-forth. In every instance, the truck has been available at my preferred location, even though the website re-routed my rental elsewhere. This makes for a frustrating rental experience. The trucks themselves and u-haul dealers are great.
We had ordered 2 dozen blankets - they had only 8. One mirror on the truck was broken. A message that the left front tire needed air came on immediately, and never went off.
