Unfriendly service Uhaul had trash in the driver area Did not have the dolly I requested Gas was COMPLETELY EMPTY and he claimed there was 1/4 tank. I had to stop to pump 5 minutes after leaving from pick up. They did not answer any phone calls.

Paperwork was wrong. Charged to much for rental. Only one person to rental but not at work. Had to wait 35 minutes and she never came in. Returned truck at 1pm but lady was not there to check truck in. Truck was checked in at after 3 pm and I was charged for a second day.

I booked this uhaul a month ago and called to confirm the day before and they then called me on my pickup date and told me that since I was not there on time they were going to give my truck away. That's completely unacceptable as I booked well in advance and confirmed my truck the day before pickup and am moving across the country.

I was very pleased with the rental process, and the customer service. I even locked my wallet in the uhaul, and realized it after I put the key in the drop box. I reached out to the Manager Mario & he came to assist. Thanks to both the Representatives & Manager.

Was forced to go to Reese as the truck size I wanted and had reserved weeks ago was not available at the last minute. Reese was across town and not in a great location. Staff took some time to work up reservation. Do t think uhaul rentals is their May job, was an auto shop and this there only truck.

The truck was extremely dirty on the inside. There was trash under the seats, chips stuck to the floor and suction marks on the windshield from previous drivers. Clearly there was no cleaning in between uses and had to use my own time/ money to do so for safety. The plastic panels around the door were loose and caused extreme noise in the truck. Also the truck had little to no gas at pick up. Also- the lady's comment about the price was uncalled for.

Better customer service. The clerk didn't have time to check the truck in. Stated that I was good but hours later charged me for gas and cleaning fee. I replaced the gas to where I started and the truck was already dirty when I got it. I assumed everyone knew this. Clerk wouldn't look on my contract to see the gas starting point. He said call the 800 number to complain. Bad day Berry bed for a four hour rental. Lesson learned!

If you owe someone a refund from paying over millage. Refund them the same day they return the vehicle. You take the money off there cards the same day they get the vehicle but sends receipt the next day without sending them what's owed to them.

My last Uhaul experience was absolutely terrible I sign on for a $29 truck and Uhaul added insurance without my consent and also added a whole extra day to my account I called the rental place so they could fix it they said they were fixing it and never did. in my opinion, Uhaul can go to hell.

Tell people the actual amount they have to pay. I was charged $114 for a $7 dolly. This is absolutely terrible

Back of truck was dirty with shredded up tire pieces. This location is a tire shop. I paid for dolly and no dolly was provided, I didn't think to check before I left shop, when I started moving I realized it wasn't there. Lady was nice about it.

I was handed the keys and that was the end of the customer experience. No assistance was provided in having to back the truck out considering it was parked straight in and no way to easily turn it around.

I have always used Uhaul for moving but one thing I have noticed is that the interior of the truck windows almost always need cleaning. Otherwise the equipment gets the job done.

I rent a u-haul but it didn't have any gas. It ran out of gas after 50 miles. The person I rent the u-haul from said I had to put my own gas into it. After I used the u-haul I filled the gas tank about half way and when I got there your employee charged me 43 plus dollar. Also when I rented u-haul it was very dirty.

Clean the inside of the vehicle before it's rented. To the rep's credit she did go out and spray disinfect the seat and the steering wheel which was much appreciated.

The truck was backed into parking spot and we did not realize the back door was open. After we finished loading, we tried to close the door and it was jammed so that is why it was probably left open when we picked it up.

We went in and requested a one way rental. We were told that's what we got, but when I left I received a text confirmation saying to bring the truck back to the original pickup location for drop off. I called the store back and they were not helpful and unprofessional. I had to call corporate to sort it all out. I will nit pickup from this location again.

The right tail light / turn light / brake light did not work. The trailer was not checked before putting my wife on the road and she did not discover the faulty equipment until she got into Florida and the sun went down 8 hours later.
