Worst experience and cost me to loose some of my personal belongings because we could get it into that size truckâ€¦. Our move was for a 3 bedroom home with a 2 story garage and that's all we could get was a 10' box truck when our reservation was for a moving truck!!!!! Beyond livid and no sorrys can begin to make up for the problems this caused!!!Wendy G.
The employee at the location was very unaware and unprepared of our rental, despite the fact that I talked to U-Haul customer service earlier that morning to confirm details. My husband had to wait about 30 minutes past the agreed upon reserved time for the employee to inspect the truck, and we were not provided the correct additional equipment we requested (appliance dolly). Because of this, the dryer was actually dropped and is now ruined. We were very disappointed in this experience.Garrett C.

The vehicle was clean and well maintained. The return process wasn't smooth, and I could not complete via the mobile app due to memory issues...on the app side. It wouldn't allow me to upload pictures, and therefore I could not complete the process.Stephen B.
This was first time renting a u-haul . Rental was a 24/7 truck share so I could pick up even when shop was closed. Directions in contact about where the van and keys were located was accurate. Van was in the back of building in a parking lot and keys were in a lock box located at front on building. I liked that I could park my car in parking lot while we used the van since the shop is located on Main st. With only street parking. Shop owner helped us with reservation and was very friendly . He answered our 101 questions we had with no issues.He stayed on phone while we got key out of lock box and explained the check out process. When we returned van process was very easy just checked out on phone parked van in back parking lot and returned keys to front in lock box. So easy.Sarah A.
Did the after hours Dropoff, the process was pretty easy. Key Dropbox is located in the front of the building and a big parking area in the rear of the building to Dropoff the equipment.DWANE R.

No one at site when I arrived. Called number on email and it went to voicemail. I did receive a call back about 10 minutes later and was told he wasn't sure that trailer would work with my vehicle. I told him U-Haul installed the trailer hitch. My wife contacted the other number on the list and Stacy at the regional office was very helpful and I believed go things moving. A few minutes later he said I could pick up the trailer. I had to figure out how to hook it up by myself. I was fairly easy to do with the instructions on the trailer. I sent him a photo of the trailer and he sent me the contract. I had also ordered a dozen blankets for this trip and they were not in the trailer. This was not the best experience I've had with your company and I've used it a few times over the past couple of years.Keith H.
We brought the truck back on Sunday (when it was closed). It was not clear where to park. I parked in back where I saw another Uhaul truck. Then I walked up a hill to the front to try to locate the key drop box. We did a lot of guessing.Elizabeth R.
