Douglas FAgain no-one on site during normal business hours. Sign on door "running errands", checked in the trailer via app. Left it in a good and legal parking location. No damage caused by me on trailer. Yet I was charged $29.40. Very dissatisfied customer!!

Mary JRight rear tires were very low. Others were slightly low. Luckily I had an air compressor at the home I was moving out of since it needs 110psi. Fuel economy was even lower than expected. Averaged 6.6mpg from SE Iowa to Colorado Springs. Was fully loaded and had a tow dolly. But still lower then an RV I rented with same V10 drivetrain, going same speeds similar weight and drag and it also had a aux generator running for AC. I expected closer to 8-9mpg.

Alysia HThree trucks, small, medium, and large. Someone rented the medium and other towns had their mediums booked. We had no option but to rent the large with it being 1/3 full. Suggest renting ahead as it is all online.

brian cThere is minimal lighting at the site and its hard to see the truck for damage and it is a dark neighborhood doesn't totally feel safe Last rental they forgot to add the appliance dolly and moving carts. This is the second time I have tried to rent from this location and they have been sick. Showed up 1/22 in the morning to get the missing appliance dolly and moving carts and they weren't there.

Terry MI really liked the lady that worked in the office when I went to pay for the Uhaul. She was very nice and helpful. I would recommend her. But when we were unloading the uhaul, which took less than 30 minutes, the battery went dead. It was 9pm and there really wasnt anything I could do at that time since I didnt have jumper cables. So the next morning I called the number, told the younger girl of the situation, she said she would call her dad. So someone came to jump it, I had to help him do it, and then he asked how I was paying. I didnt understand why I would need to pay when there was no way the battery should have gone dead that fast and its their uhaul. So he called the older lady and she said it was a seperate company and I would have needed to call uhaul roadside assistance which had I known I would have done that. Anyway she said she would have her husband call me but to my knowledge he never did. And I ended up not getting charged. However I was charged for the estimated 20 miles when I only used 3 miles. I sent an email and havent heard anything back. Like I said I would recommend the place because the girl that runs the office was very polite and helpful but I'm disappointed in the other things.

TIMOTHY DRented trailer for two days. Contract came back as five. When I complained they said I would only be charged for the days I had it. Returned it in less than 48 hours. Was still charged for five days.

Joann TThis was the same car dolly we rented when coming from Milton, Florida in November of 2020. Definitely used and not brand new, but it did the job. It looked the same and in the same condition as when we picked it up from U-Haul Moving & Storage of Milton, 6050 Hwy 90 in Milton, FL. The lady that helped us in Keokuk was very nice and professional.
