The location was horrible, no real parking for vehicles, and after following all of the directions for mobile pickup I still had to show my license again and the attendant didn't seem to know how to check out the van. Why did I take a picture and upload my license picture if I had to show it again to get the keys?
Elyse A.Staff had poor customer service. Did self check in went inside and the clerk had a long line he made we wait while he attended to the entire line. Upon returning a different sales associate gave me a very hard time about parking the truck. I told her I was not comfortable navigating it into the space and she was just rude. I told her I didn't know how much gas was in the truck she referred me to the app. I asked for help bc I had poor reception she said well I'll help you but there's a charge. She was very rude.

PETERIS SERGEYEV S.The only issue I had was the truck was to small for what we needed. So a 3 hour round trip turned into 7 1/2 hours. We had to travel from hanover md to Ashburn VA so making 2 trips was a huge inconvenience not to mention the extra expense for the double miles we had to travel.

Andrew G.Employee at the Sunoco told us that there was no parking available and that we would need to either wait for a spot or take the Uhaul to a different location (which he said we'd have to pay for), a spot opened up and he told us we could not park there and to park across the busy street instead. We were also charged almost $50 for gas even though the tank was in the exact spot it was when received. Very displeased.

Betty W.My trailer plug connection was damaged when the trailer unhooked while driving to my house after picking up my rental trailer. The agent never checked if it was properly locked down (didn't give any instructions either) nor did he offer to assist in any way with the initial hook up (not even with guiding the backing truck to the hitch). I need uhaul to fix my trailer connection port (electrical)

Terrible customer service. Very old vehicles and they are incompetent
