They never checked the vehicle, gave me the keys to the wrong vehicle, vehicle was dirty, gas was low and because they originally gave me the wrong vehicle they wrote wrong information for gas and then end up charging me for gas I filled up. Clean their trucks after every use. Inside the cab was filthy dirty from the seats to the sticky steering wheel, to the food that was dropped on the floors from the previous renter. The back cargo area floor was not even swept out before we rented the truck. There was a lot of dirt and debris on the floor, also the truck only had a little less than a quarter of a tank when we rented it. I had to stop and get gas before I made it back home and that is ridiculous. They should have at least had a half a tank of gas to start when anyone rents their trucks especially since they are at a gas station.Wayne S.

I booked my u haul other location and the guy call me pick up day said we don't have your cargo van this location.than later other lady call me and said we make your reservation at different location with same rates and $50.00 discount but when I return my van they overcharged me and I didn't see my $50.00 discount.Alpeshkumar P.

The truck was dirty and on return the owner decided to charge me with cleaning fees even tho I moved clothes with a sheet on floor. The gas was not fully tanked upon pickup. Would NEVER rent from him. Disgusting location.Rewant J.
This particular location the agent was very slow and took almost 20 min of arguing to realize I had two appliance dolly's not 1. Second, the alignment and drive of the truck I rented was horrible. I was constantly needing to over turn the wheel just to keep the truck straight. There is definitely a need to check the truck mechanically more than just cosmetically.Lynnette G.

The U-Haul pick up was at a gas station yet the U-Haul truck was low on gas. The access panel to get to the transmission was not secured and it kept hitting me in my leg while I was driving. therefore all heat from the engine was coming to the cabin. The AC was not enough to fight the heat so I had to keep the windows down on the highway. Very not pleased with this specific experience!Rodney T.

The man running the gas station was more concerned about selling soda. He did not check the trailer. He told my husband to hook it up and take a picture. An actual U-haul employee, driving another truck, in a U-Haul uniform, who was getting gas ended up asking my husband, after we were hooked up if he needed help. The gas station attendant was confused about the contract. Very bad experience. Will Not Use this location again. When we got home and opened the trailer it was dirty and we had to clean the inside. Plus the floor was very weak and bouncy in spots. We were afraid it had some broken beams.BeverlyJ K.
The van had a serious exhaust system problem. The noise was deafening. It's like the muffler was missing entirely. I had to use ear plugs during my entire 12 hour drive leading to severe discomfort. The drive was miserable. The van should not have been rented to me in such disrepair. I'm highly upset and extremely dissatisfied. I paid $2,000 to rent a van with the understanding the van would be in good working order. What I got was a jalopy.Clayton M.

The computer system was down. The lady was not concerned about getting my husband on the road in a timely manner. My husband had to suggest to her to do the paperwork manually so he could leave. The first truck I got into the battery was dead, engine light was on and the oil light was on. Ended up wasting 15 mins of my moving schedule to switch trucks. I got in the second truck and the tank was literally on E. Spent $59 to fill it up. Bottomline, if you're looking to be in and out at this U-Haul location, it's not happening.Francesca D.

My vehicle was FILTHY on the inside. Not only was it full of trash, it was clear that ABSOLUTELY NO EFFORT was made to sanitize the vehicle in between uses. I spent the first 45-minutes of my rental time cleaning and sanitizing so that I felt comfortable driving. When I say FULL of trash, I'm talking old brown banana peels, mail and trash in the dashboard, empty cans behind the seat. When I brought this to their attention, they said that I could take another van. The only other van available at that time looked like it was EASILY from the 80's. No effort made to offer me any accommodation for my experience. It was really just so disappointing. I'll never rent from UHAUL again.Jennelle D.

You can stop double charging the customer, like myself, and then making the customer wait a week or longer for a refund. The cost of moving is expensive in itself. Unexpected expense is problematic. Other than that everything was good.DA VETA C.

When I asked the teller at the location I needed a truck she told me there were none available. I went on the app and it said there was a truck available so I booked it. After going inside to get the key another gentleman said he needed a rental and she told him that she had one for him. Then she found out that I had already rented it after looking in the system. When I made the reservation, your website did not include the mileage and insurance to the overall cost, which gave me and at least three other customers "sticker shock". One customer even berated the clerk at the pick up location because it effectively doubled the price. As far as I see it, that is YOUR fault. You need to include that when we make the reservation online.Aaron A.
U-Haul needs dedicated uhaul stores to service customers. This combined concept with a gas station is very, very bad for business. The online truck ordering procedures are also misleading, because they do not add in any mileage estimate.CLAY S.

I reserved a cargo van & mattress cover. Once at my location to pick up, I was told she does not have any mattress covers. I told her I already paid for it & her response was to go another location to get. Well, I didnt reserve at another location, I reserved it here & having to go to 2 different locations is an inconvenience in time that I still ended up wasting having to sit on the phone with customer service for 30 minutes for a refund. Furthermore, I don't understand how a rental at 19.99 a day, for 2 days and 10 miles equaled a total charge of $126.Tracey T.

Truck breaks were in bad shape and barely functioning. Half eaten chicken bones left in the cargo area. The ramp was missing its safety stopper, so when we pulled the ramp out it fell out of the channels and almost landed on my helpers feet.CHARLES M.

When I originally booked the truck online I did not add any coverage. When I picked up truck the guy who processed the rental didn't ask me did I want coverage nor did I ask or say I wanted coverage. I did sign the receipt and didn't think it was any different than what I booked online. I did ask can I pay for it in cash when I returned and I was told yes because all they were doing was putting the hold on my credit card. When I returned the truck I was told I couldn't pay in cash and I then seen I was charged for coverage. This was the most horrible experience I had with picking up a Uhaul rental in my life. The drivers seat was broke I couldn't even adjust the seat forward. They do not need to represent uhaul as a company they are terrible.Tasha O.
I rented a cargo van to transport a futon/full size bed. This vehicle was the perfect size because I was able to lay the fully open, flat futon on the floor in the van. The van was ready when requested, clean, and the customer service at this location was excellent. I would definitely rent from here again and recommend this location to others.MICHELE H.
Visually check the inside rear of the vehicles. The truck i used today have a lot of broken glass in the rear. I went back inside and got the person who was in charge of the Sunoco station. To let him see the ness that was left. The gentleman in charge was very nice ,polite and respectful. He immediately went and got a broom to clean all the glass up.DON C.

I was sent an hour in the opposite direction to pick up my truck. Even worse was that after beginning to fuel up the truck, I noticed the gas tank was leaking. So I lost 25 dollars fueling up a truck that I then needed to be replaced. So if I could get a reimbursement on that, that would be great, but judging by my various phone calls to customer service over the weekend, I highly doubt I will be getting that back.Thomas F.

The first truck they tried to give me was rusty and old and very dirty in back. They only had 7 of the 10 blankets i ordered. The truck did not sound good so we brought it back 1 hour early and got no refund for that hour....Amy G.
I've rented from this location several times but NEVER again. On 8/18, I rented a truck for a move. Only to arrive and the Sunoco employee had no idea how to do a Uhaul transaction. He took 35 min to complete my transaction and then the additional equipment I requested wasn't available. That costs me $150 since that was the mover's hourly rate. Then I rented another truck on 8/21 and again no additional equipment and no ramp on the truck. Both situations were a huge inconvenience to me and all involved in my move.LaVonda B.
