The process took over 30 minutes which took away from my 4 hours. The online process took longer than standing in line. I called and had to reverify my reservation to even be transferred. After a 15-20 minute hold again I had to reverify my reservation AGAIN. After the whole process of taking photos and submitting you get the lockbox code for the keys. I also reserved a hand truck. Pre paid yet no hand truck was in back of truck. I will never use the 24/7 again.

Leaving the extreme difficulties I had to go through with the new UHAUL app to get the truck, when I returned the vehicle I was charged on numerous things which I never saw before. One simple thing, I thought I know what is fuel and did fill 2 gallons of fuel for driving about 15 miles altogether. I called the location just to clarify, owner of the shop was furious that I called and he said that he will prove that he is OK to charge me even after I fill the gas. I'll think twice before renting again....

Jeff McGawThis was the most horrendous check-in process I have ever experienced. The business is in a strip mall. There was no indication that the truck was around the back. The user is expected to take quality pictures of documents but there is no steady place to put the docs to take a picture. I tried to use my car hood but it was in the sun so it washed out the pic.<End Location Review> The application is horrible. Any mis-tap or mistake made caused the app to lock and the process had to start over. App got stuck in review mode. Then said someone would call. 10 Minutes no call. I called them. If it weren't for Brianna's cheerful, calm and pleasant demeaner, I would have baled on the whole rental. Overalll, check-in took a full hour. During check out, don't ask me to input for miles in fuel and then insist I take pictures to prove it. And the same same problem exists of tapping something wrong and have to start over! will NEVER use this app to get a rental. Total GARBAGE.

Herve GloriosoPick up is easy. the location is close town but isolated if picking up alone. drop off is easy but the Uhaul app was sluggish. I had a good cell signal but the app did not respond initially and then was slow to upload the photos and I had to try a few times.

The U-Haul website crashed, requiring me to call and wait on hold for nearly 20 mins to complete the process over the phone. The drop off went more smoothly. In the future I will probably stick to picking up during business hours only.
John LaCollaThe process of accessing the van without an on-site human was VERY time consuming and somewhat confusing. You do state that the check-in process is best completed before showing up to pick up the van but I didn't imagine that it would take as long as it did and require two or more phone calls.

colleen bernabeiVehicle was in good condition. Radio did not seem to work. I could not find an outlet for charging my phone--electrical port did not work and no USB port visible. Location could use more lighting for returning after dark.
Mary Jane RoganIn general, it is very difficult to contact your company. The wait times are ridiculous and the information you get varies. I made several different reservations based on changing dates and did not reserve a confirmation 3 out of 4 times. It was just a good thing I called to ask a question. That's when I learned my reservation didn't exist!
