Clean and service all the trucks properly. Truck had roaches that I had to exterminate. Passenger rear tire sensor was nonfunctional which later led to that tire going flat. Also confirmed that the sidewall of that tire had a puncture in it. Took an additional 45 minutes to make the vehicle operable. Lastly, correct billing issues. I still have billing charges pending for a contract that ended on 9/6/21. Unacceptable.

Original location didn't have truck that I had a valid reservation for. No phone call, no text.. I had to drive 25 minutes to another location to get a different truck, and pay the movers for an extra hour. I was still charged the extra miles from the original location. And then I returned the truck 14 hours early but got an “after hours” fee of $20. Uhaul has really gone down hill. Terrible.

The pads and hand truck were not in the vehicle but I was charged for them. When I call about this after having to do without and requesting a refund, I was left on hold and subsequently hung up on. I expect someone from U-Haul to call me and provide me with a refund and an apology. If I do not hear from corporate, I will never use you again.

We chose to pick up through mobile and this did not work. Instructions poor and we had to enter store that did not have correct hours posted . We showed up at our pick up time only to have the store locked with a “be right back” sign. After waiting outside 20 minutes, we were told the truck we reserved wasn't there and we needed to pick a different size. After settling for a different size, we get in the truck and it reeks of marijuana and is out of gas. Had to ask them to switch us to a different truck again. I've never written a back review in my life - but this was terrible

Was lack of information. Failed to tell me about a $20 fee for returning the truck after hours? Failed to take off the extra charge for equipment that I did not use. THIS TRUCK WAS STOLEN. 04-03-2021 210025567 ON APRIL 3, 2021, TRAVIS WILLAIMS STOLE A 2017 FORD ECONOLINE U-HAUL MOVING TRUCK FROM THE PARKING LOT OF 3665 SHACKELFORD ROAD. 2 AFTER STEALING THE U-HAUL WILLIAMS FLED FROM POLICE WHEN TRAFFIC STOPS WERE INTITATED ON THE VEHICLE. GEORIGA STATE PATROL 3 CHASED THE U- HAUL INTO ATLANTA WHERE WILLIAMS WRECKED INTO A TREE AND FLED ON FOOT. WILLIAMS WAS ARRESTED AND THEN 4 INTERVIEWED. PROBABLE CAUSE WAS ESTABLISHED TO OBTAIN THE INCLUDED WARRANTS FOR Theft by Taking Motor Vehicle, Possession of Marijuana with 5 Intent to Distribute, Fleeing or Attempting to Elude, Failure to Obey Traffic Control Device, Seatbelt Violation, Failure to Maintain Lane, and also GSP is taking out further 6 charges in Fulton County for other traffic violations. They just hit me with $40 a day charges all the way back to that date. The truck was at Willard Wrecker (770) 733 1215 (2451 Pleasantdale Rd, Doraville, GA 30340). I had to get special permission with UHaul and the police personally took me to UHaul to report this. I could never get anyone on the phone.

Thank goodness I took pictures of the before and after gas mileage before and after! The truck wasn't clean at all. There were pens and light trash. No one swept it. The inside had biscuit crumbs. Maybe bread crumbs. Definitely not Matza. When I tried to complete my return online it was telling me I am going to be charged for not refueling properly. Again, I got the pictures to prove I did not refuel your truck less than it should have been. I should challenge this charge. This experience did not match your advertising or MY past experiences with UHAUL. The lone bright spot was the guy that worked at the PakMail. That guy should get a medal.

Probably. I dropped truck off at 545 pm before 6pm close. Woke up to find a 20$ charge for after hours return. U-Haul took care of it and refunded me, but I had to waste 20 minutes of my time to do it.

1) Interior was dirty. 2) Lights button in the panel broken 3) Right rear tire alarm in the front panel. According to U Haul staff was malfunctioning of the sensor, however system checking status indicated 28 PSI instead 56 PSI required. THIS IS A SAFEY ISSUE!!

Here's what I've already emailed to service@uhaul.com (but without the attachments): Hi U-Haul Service staff, I started a reservation for a pick-up truck in Atlanta, GA three days ago and completed it yesterday (Reservation #: 26273461). I showed up to the U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer (8725 Roswell Rd, Atlanta, GA 30350) when they opened at 9am and was informed they only had a 10' or 15' truck, and that I could use that for the same price. I agreed and they charged my card $100 (they would reimburse the rest), with the estimated cost at $35. I had to walk a bit to find the right truck by trying my key in a few of them. Despite filling things out online beforehand, about 30 minutes after initially arriving, I started the truck. (I had an appointment at 9:30.) It said it had 10 miles to go until empty (see attached photo contra the contract which shows the truck had a quarter tank of gas). I walked back to speak with an employee, she said take pictures and offer a gas receipt so they can reimburse me. I put in $10 of gas and returned with about 20-something miles remaining. I was already late for my appointment to pick up a bookshelf. I've forwarded their receipt in this email. It's $90. My complaints are: They didn't have what I was promised (i.e., a pick-up truck); Despite finishing my reservation online, it took me almost a half hour to get a vehicle; There was less than 10-miles worth of gas in the vehicle; They doubled the estimated price; The contract shows that the vehicle had more gas than it actually did when I received it. In fact, it shows that it had more gas when I left than when I returned, which is false. I left with 10 miles of gas. I returned with 20-something miles of gas. They didn't seem to notice or care that they were offering poor service; I don't know what your agreement is with U-Haul Neighborhood Dealers, but because they represent U-Haul, can I please have a fair arrangement for the reimbursement? I paid for a dolly, but no dolly in the truck. When I returned the truck, I told the person at the counter that there was no dolly in the truck. He asked if I looked in the back of the truck. I told him that I filled the truck and the bracket for the dolly was empty. He asked what I want, and I told him a refund for the dolly. He said he would refund the cost of the dolly but did not. When I received my email receipt, I was charged for the dolly. I want a refund!

The person receiving the truck said that they were the only person on site and wasn't able to check the truck return while I was there. There was another person in the back so not sure what "only person on site" means. I did receive my return invoice 2 hours later and there were no issues.

The only reason it's not one star is because while I was there the two employees were helpful. However: -The smartphone based system for taking photos of my license, the truck, etc. did not work and didn't allow for any manual override. Terrible system. -The truck I was supposed to get was missing the right mirror. -The truck I ended up getting had sticky soda residue all over the roof inside. It was disgusting. I would never return to this location.

The young man at the counter was very helpful, polite and pleasant. My only recommendation would be to make sure when you're helping a customer, you are not glancing at your cellphone and talking into your airpods at the same time. I don't think he should be penalized in any way for this, but it is distracting for the customer and pulls the representatives attention away from fully assisting. uHaul's online service needs an overhaul though. I was helped by a Lilianna who would NOT answer my questions and kept running in circles without answering me directly. She then ended the chat. All I was asking for was a transcript of the chat as documentation and couldn't get an answer out of her if one would be emailed to me or not. I ended up taking screenshots of it. She was rude, dismissive and uphelpful and it left a very poor impression of the company to me.

I was overcharged for fuel and was charged an after hours delivery fee of $20. I rented the truck for 8 hours. Pick up was 10:30am. I returned it by 5:45pm. That is 7 hours and 15 minutes. The brake lights did not work, the steering was dangerous. I have pictures of the odometer out and in as well as the gas level out and in. I was charged an extra $39. I will be challenging this on my credit card. If you do not want me to challenge please refund my card the overage or call me at 678 516 4050. Mickey Moores

1. Have the vehicle that the customer is contracted to rent, if not I form the customer before they arrive. 2. Do not rent vehicles with the dashboard lit up various warning lights. 3. Do not allow staff/ owners to be rude and dismissive to customers. 4. Do not rent vehicles on E (owner was informed and stated that is how all trucks go out) and then attempt to charge the customer when they have returned the vehicle with more gas than it originally had.

The engine struggles the entire time. I didn't notice at first but the inside of the truck was full of stains and the back was dirty toward the cab I also returned the truck with a quarter of a tank which was his I received it by the auto return they were going to charge me for gas. And it took 4 tries to get the app to return the truck.

Was walking to the PakMail store from the truck, I stepped up on the walk, looked up and there was a young man standing a with his hand out. He looked at me, I looked at him, he motioned to the truck. I said Hello, I'm returning the truck, again he gestured with his hand for the key saying NOTHING! I introduced myself and repeated the return truck sentence. He took the key and walked on. I said that' it, no paper work to be done... He just shook his head. HONESTLY, THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS RUDE, DISRESECTFUL AND CERTAINLY NOT BUSINESS LIKE OR RECEPTIVE. He was not friendly, did not speak, just looked at me, never introduced himself or explained that handing the key over was all to do. I forgot a question, went back, calling Sir, Sir, again he did not acknowledge me until I was right up on him. I wanted to tell him that there was no dolly or 5 blankets in the truck when I picked it up in Childersburg AL. He said he can't give me a refund I need to call them. Went back to what he was doing.There was absolutely no customer service whatsoever. This is a first with my uhaul experience and I have used them often.:(
