I arrived at 12:25 for a 12:30 rental. The young lady behind the counter had no idea what she was doing as far as the check-in process is concerned. The app also did not work, as I was attempting a truck share rental. I was on hold for, literally, 45 minutes waiting on customer service to help guide me through the process of checking in on the app. Once I got a hold of customer service and completed the check-in FOR THE LOCATION (I personally used their computer to complete the check-in process), I was finally able to leave well over an hour after I arrived. Additionally, I did not receive the dolly that I rented.james G.
Never seen me there again, it was a lot of young boys there and I felt so uncomfortable and the professional service was very poor the young man didn't approach me at all just pointed for me to park the truck in that field he was doing something to a car and didn't check it out, but this morning I get an email from them with a receipt being charged to me.Deanette E.

The attendant at this location was very friendly. The equipment worked perfect, and the whole transaction was very easy. My only suggestion is to alert customers that this is a gas station and has some adult oriented material right by the entrance.William R.

They need better training I try to return the trailer that I rent in Georgia in Florida and they want to charge me a redicules amount of money , because of the contract they give me ,I explained the person that I want to leave it in Florida I have than that before. I been renting from uhaul since 2006 I very desapoiment with uhaul this is the 3 time I get poor servicetomasa V.

I made reservations days before. I would recommend that when a truck is ordered at a specific location where my storage unit was, I don't have to drive to another location because my reserved truck was not available! This makes timing of a move and hired movers almost impossible! The customer ahead of me had the same issue! Not acceptable.Faye M.

After failing to pick up my truck at the scheduled location, Uhaul sent me to this location. After arriving the clerk proceeded to further waste my time by stopping in the middle of my checkout process to check out people buying cigarettes, gum, and other gas station products. The guy at the convenience store couldn't help the fact that Uhaul rented my scheduled truck out from underneath me; but stopping my checkout to serve other customers just further wasted my limited time and was something that could have been helped.NICHOLAS W.

The reps were kind. I ran into issues navigating based on the address provided to the extent of having to call the toll-free UHAUL number to get directions. Once I arrived, the transaction took 30+ mins due to a slow internet connection (told by apologetic rep), and then took more time since there is a wasp nest near the drop off key box (the rep got stung!!) I also believe the truck may need servicing due to poor gas mileage consumption. I'm only writing this review now since I had a diff rental recently from a diff location... When I returned my recent rental, I only spent $20 to replace fuel, I drove over 50+ miles this time, whereas my last rental was under 10miles and I spent $15 in fuel for such a short distance... With that being said based on my experiences driving for many years, this vehicle is a gas guzzler that may need servicing... Minor issues but still happy with Uhaul rentals!Misty M.
We dropped off before the location opened and left the key in the drop box. We left the tank with 1/4 gas like we were told. We were charged for extra gas because they told us we didn't leave it at 1/4 tank. We did....when we called, the employee was extremely rude!Robert J.

The pickup location was past sketchy. It was at an old run down gas station where drunk men play poker games at 10 am. Just a very strange first impression for a U-Haul pickup spot. The vehicle had cigarette ashes in the cup holders and the A/C didn't seem to work properly, seems as if the air only comes out of the dash for defrost...and it was 90 degrees out today. All in all, everything worked out with the move and the truck did the job, just odd start for a U-Haul joint. I've had great experiences with the franchise in the past but this was not on par with the past experiences.Daniel H.

I reserved 48 pads, and a hand truck at another location and this location had only 10 pads and no hand truck. I purchased two mattress bags and didn't get them. I assume they are at the Highway 5 location where I wanted to pick up the equipment. Plus, it was a half-hour drive to get there even though it was only 11 miles away. I like to get equipment nearer my home.James P.
The gas needs to be fair. There was way less than 1/4 tank when we got it and we had to put it to 1/4 when it was behind E when i got the truck.SHARLYN M.
The address came up totally differnt from where i was assigned to pick up when i made the reservation on line a week before. Then i had to go to another location which eveb the gps couldnt find! Clerk pulled a gun on my fiance, IN FRONT OF OUR 1 YEAR OLD SON, about him not having gas after WE PAID TO PUT GAS IN THE TRUCK... HE COULD NOT PRODUCE A RECEIPT AFTER HE TOLD US IT PUMPED BUT THEY RAN OUT.. THE COPS WERE CALLED, GOT AN INCIDENT REPORT. AND NOW I GET MY RECEIPT BACK AND IT SAYS I OWE THEM $65.00.ROLANDA B.

The clerk was very nice. But uhaul is not the the primary business therefore retail convenient store customers come first and the transaction took longer to conclude. This was unlike any uhaul experience that I have ever had. But customer Service was excellent.SEANNITA G.
First off the dip off location address is not tbe same as the ac9 drop off location. Second when we arrived to the drop off location there was no record with our uhaul to be received by the location tbus i spent 1 hour on the phone with customer service trying to figure out why. I was also charged 20 dollars in equipment that i did not ask for nor recived.Naya H.
I was quoted one price, and then when I got the final bill, it had an extra 8.00 safe tow charge added, not sure why.wesley W.

Make sure everyone working at the place is well trained on checking out equipment. The gentleman working didn't know how to process an order and had to call another employee/owner to come into the store to do it for him. The wait put me behind by a hour which cauded me to have to pay and extra fee for my movers. Highly disappointed.Esther P.

We had a truely terrible experience: 1. I told the person that we would pick up the truck by 8:45 PM, but when my father in law arrived to pick it up, they had given it away. They then sent us on a wild goose chase to another place to get a truck. That took nearly two hours and the truck we received was damaged and needed an alignment so badly it was hard to keep on the road. 2. When we went to the return address given to us by Uhaul, it was not a drop off location. I verified that I had the correct address and then called customer service. After waiting on hold for 30 minutes I was told to leave the truck at a location, unlocked, with the key inside. We didn't feel comfortable doing that, so after driving around for 2 hours my husband returned home with the truck. 3. I tried to call customer service to resolve some of my issues and waited on hold for almost an hour total. I was hung up on 3 times and despite filing multiple complaints was never contacted. I did get one email from a lady apologizing that they had given our first truck away, and refunding $50, but when I asked her about all the other problems, she said that wasn't her department. I have yet to hear back from you Uhaul, but we will never use this company again. Their customer service is appalling.Rebekah C.
The vehicle had some considerable damage to the roof exposing my cargo to rain/water damage had it rained. I saw one roach in the back which was not pleasant. Fortunately I was only moving a few pieces of furniture that I could check before taking them inside! The cabin was also disgusting with trash and stains.Winston F.

The people inside of the gas station need to be trained to do u-haul orders. I was charged 145.00 for a truck that was suppose to be 20.95. The guy charged me more because he did not ask me for my information. He put what he thought was correct and then told me to sign the papers.Jessica B.

The most horrible experience , departure delayed4hrs, only to have problems with car tow equipment which further delay departure on other 3hrs, only to get going and have to stop driving and wait until day light, because rear lights on trailer not work, which cause me too have to get hotel , miss my arrival deadline, and throw my whole holiday weekend in disarray, the worst experince everyARTHUR F.
I don't know where to start. It took over 2 hours to get the truck. We were scheduled to pick the truck up at 10am yesterday, but we didn't get the keys until AFTER 12pm! We were directed to the wrong location. I had to ask the uhaul representative to just give me the direct telephone to the uhaul location. After finally arriving. It took 30 mins for the man to assist us. Then we were told that we had to provide our credit card info although we did the quick reservations online the night before. The purpose of that was so that all we had to do was provide my ID and pick up the keys. On top of that, there was a mix up with the charges becsuse you all were trying to double charge us! I had yo call uhaul for a third time! The lady's computer was showing a completely different price from the pickup location. The uhaul rep eventually had to process everything from her end which should've been done in the FIRST place. It was ridiculous what we had to go through. We didn't even have it a full day, and we lost some of our help with moving because of the time it took to get back with the truck! So my experience was horrible to say least! We should get a full refund. I look forward to hearing back from Sheldon because that's who I spoke with after getting the truck. He's the area sales manager.Alicia S.
