Don’t let people smoke in your vehicles. The cargo van smelled of cigarette smoke, and I am somewhat allergic to it.

James JCalled me before my scheduled time and asked where the truck was. After arriving was upset that I parked in the wrong space. He was also making remarks that I got a good rate on my 8 extra miles at .40cents from the Pittsburgh market when they charge a $1 a mile in his market. Did hot give me a final receipt because he was in to big of a hurry. Said he would email it to me and never did. Still waiting for a receipt............ Please
William MWas not told there was a leak in the roof and my boxes got wet. When I returned he said yes can’t fix it. I said it would have been nice to have been told that before I moved in the pouring rain and some of my stuff got soaking wet!!

jim mRented the truck for 9 miles. When I returned it, I waited for the person to inspect it and said its all good. I recieved a $25 bill and when I asked why he said it was dirty and muddy It was not evein raing that day. I will call corporate and file a complaiin. Dishonest outlet.

Joseph CIt was very hard to return trailer due to the location. Employee could have moved his truck but decided it was easier to make me struggle. Employee was not very friendly...I was bothering him.

mo aNo gas in vehicle. Vehicle had 7 miles until empty. I had to pay for gas, then I was charged on invoice for fuel. Doesn't make sense to put that responsibility on the customer. I'm paying for time to rent the vehicle and I have to use my time to fuel the vehicle? Not fair at all.

william aThe local Rep was Great. He helped me thru Resolving some FLAG issue that was placed on my account and delayed me by an hour, renting from his location. Apparently July 17, 2022 when I rented the same 6x13 trailer from morse rd location in columbus, when returning the vehicle there was a huge logjam of customers returning and renting which caused us to sit in line in parking lot. I asked what I needed to sign or complete for returning the trailer from the rep who went with us to unhitch the trailer in their desired spot and the answer was Nothing. The Problem arrises when UHAUL then Flags me because their system wasnt Notified that I returned the trailer. There was NOTHING on my account that stated I had any issues. My account showed the last rental returned, closed and paid. I did not know there was an issue until I was checking out the next rental and the had to wait on hold with corporate, which when all was done, delayed my schedule for our moving. I have used uhaul many times over the past 25 years and never a problem until this episode. I am a 58 year old IT consultant, who is patient and loyal. I think UHaul needs to review their computer system and returns, and how the system is communicating with customers. Example, send text immediately confirming the checkin and final billing charged.
