John at the counter was very rude. The instructions for picking up location and drop weren't clear and he told me I didn't know what I was doing and couldn't follow instructions. We also waited in line to return and it was my turn this is when he was rude and cut me off and went to take a break and talk to someone and not help us get our truck signed in. He told us to leave the keys or wait . Horrible and rude !! Also, we had to wait when we picked up because the truck was just dropped off. They almost made us go to another location . I told the customer service people I would not be there right at 7 and he said no problem you have rental for 24 hours yet they almost gave my truck away.

While I was in line with a couple customers behind me. Anthony jokes and talks about getting high…he used a pen and pretended he was sniffing drugs off the counter. They both jokes about smoking weed to get high. It was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional.

Aaron HYou changed my address in your system (twice), at (2) different locations. Just because I had a couple friends pick up the trucks for me, as I’m awaiting back surgery, and I needed help moving out of my ‘deceased’ Father’s house, last minute with not much notice. Then when I called after noticing you changed my ‘mailing’ address, to two different addresses on my wife and I’s account, (4) times, and my wife called once, your operators said that you couldn’t change the two incorrect addresses, to our actual Nevada home address. And we’ve had the same address for 16 years. So that totally RUINED the truck trip. I had to dispute your payment to try to get you to change it now after you receive the dispute from my credit card company, don’t be surprised.
Russ FWow! We received great communication before our trip. We hired U-Haul recommended help for loading & unloading and they were great. Our truck was upgraded to a bigger size at no cost and boy did we need that extra room. All and all our trip was made so much easier by the wonderful people at Old Town U-Haul!

When I returned the unit, they dismounted the hitch and electricals. Easy in and out. I would highly recommend this sight in Old Town, Temecula, California. Very happy with the service.
david nI’ve rented at this location for years. Although the staff in the past few years has not been very friendly, I wasn’t there to make new friends. They always have me the equipment in a timely manner. Today, the atmosphere is much different. There are smiles and appreciation for your business. Well done on the increase in personal touch.
