The staff was fine. Our problem was with the truck leaking rain water into the cab and the main part of the truck storage area. We drove through heavy rains for 2 days and had water dripping on us inside the cab. When we unloaded the truck at our destination, we found damp furniture pads and water that had seeped into some of our belongings.MARGARET L.

Described the overcharge for a third day; non- responsive, just gave it a shrug. In previous rentals in years past, UHaul had more of a "what do you need for your move, how can we help" attitude. You wouldn't charge for another day within reason. We're talking loading and driving 350 miles here...while and after emptying and final cleaning a house... it's a moving out process, a lot of work!steve S.

the trash bag on the passenger handle still had the previous renters trash in it... Under the times we are going through made me wonder how well the truck was disinfected. Other than that all was very good and all went well.dale M.
Woman at counter (seemed like the shop's owner) wasn't able to figure out how to select my desired drop-off location on the website. She picked one over 50 miles away. She also didn't wear a face mask. I then tried for three days to get through the 800 number and wasn't able to reach anyone after a total of over an hour on hold.Paul T.

The only negative was that in each interaction , I'd mentioned that I was driving to NY, so it had to be clear to them that that's where we were going. When I dropped off the van, the owner said, "So, you went to NY? and made a face. Everything else was positive.Susan A.
