The passenger side fender was broken when I picked up the tow dolly. When i drive on the interstate with it, air got under it and flipped it over, almost tearing it off. This required that I find a hardware store and buy some zip ties to secure it from tearing off. I left a message for at the uhaul office number and no one caked me back to discuss.MARK M.

Employee had no idea how to hook up trailer, one of the bolts that hold the rear end onto the springs had backed out, and was missing a nut. Didn't see that until we got home with trailer. Very dangerous, horrible location.Douglas H.

The van was dirty, mud on the floor boards, sandy debris on the floor, there was some type of sticky stains near the cup holders and the cabin smelled sweaty. The cargo hold had pieces of styrofoam all over. You'd think that with COVID still being a health risk, you'd clean & sanitize your vehicles before renting them to another customer. I didn't appreciate having to clean the van before using it.Shanda C.

When I received the cargo van; the back was dirty. Not only was it dirty, there was broken glass in it. I had to clean some of it up so I would not get cut loading my items into the van. They did not have the appliance dolly I reserved with the van either. I only found out when I arrived to get my rental. I had to drive to ANOTHER U-haul location to get the dolly there.Todd S.

Make certain vehicles are cleaned between customers. My rental had used tissue papers on the floor and seat of the truck and food remnants throughout the cab. Cargo bay had not been cleaned either. We cleaned it before loading it with our stuff.Bob D.

Truck was filthy inside! Even a used covid mask inside the cab! Workers at Midgard seemed to go out of their way to be unhelpful. I wanted to make a reservation online, but had a question about the number of seats in the truck. Without asking, that person switched me to customer service so I could complain about their behavior. After 46 minutes on hold, I did file a complaint (#3445224) and was able to get my question answered and made a reservation. Truck mechanically was good, but haul frontline people need to relaxe a little!ken J.

Make a Sun pass available for those needing to drive from Atlanta to Miami. The Turnpike is the direct route. Sun Pass not easy to move from one vehicle to another and it takes time to make the additional call to transfer funds or add a temporary car to account. This cost us additional time and money on an already 11+trip. This comment also goes for other routes where Toll Routes are involved.Thomas R.
