When I got the U-Haul no one was there so I had to make a new reservation for the next day then when I picked it up it was on e an they told me to just put it back where it was there wasn’t a gas station for 6 miles an then when I took it back they charged me for two days

Donald PetreMy only issue was with the online pickup process. It was quite a hassle. The pictures shown of the vehicle did not always match the description. E.g. wrong side, or not showing whole area. I found several issues on the vehicle that didn't seem to be marked as pre-existing, so I spent a lot of time documenting them.
Shane RunquistThe app is horrible. It’s inefficient and glitchy. The equipment I rented was unavailable so I had to try to go to another location which didn’t have it either. The truck I used has 0 suspension left and drove like it was having a seizure. Worst U-Haul I’ve ever had.

Sid AngeloThe only real complaint I have about the service I received was that when I went into the office to pick up and drop off my vehicle, there were 2 in-person employees at the desk. When I came up to ask for service, I was prompted to go to a virtual assistant on a wall-mounted screen and another real person on the screen assisted me. It just felt very weird talking to a camera/screen about something I needed help with when there were 2 people physically there available to help.

Sarita ParusThis rental was amazing. We did not have a reservation, we were a drop in. Despite this, the employee was very helpful and accommodating. The truck was very clean and drove amazingly well. The price was very reasonable. I can't think of anything that could have gone better.

VALLERY BOYDThe truck was dirty with items still in the cabin. I returned the truck clean and swept and did not receive the 25$ back listed if this was done. Was also charged way more initially than what was quoted online. It felt very much like a scam to book online at one price and then in the store it 40$ more. Then I was charged for more than my mileage and filled the truck up as asked with gas before dropping it off. I will never recommend Uhaul to anyone. The workers were nice as they lied to me and I knew they were about online being booked at 90 and in-store at 130. I assume they have been trained to tell this lie over and over all day. People in a rush to move are not going to argue most of the time. Just a "whatever 40$ more." Then to have the company not do what is advertised and charge more than I used the vehicle for was not the type of experience I would ever recommend. To anyone trying to save money, this is not the option. I paid around $330 after all the fees and gas to stress and break my own back. I could have hired someone to do the entire job with their own truck for 400. I was quoted 90 with me putting mileage in, I knew it would probably be around 130 total at the end as companies like this usually do sneak-in fees, but quoted 90 and the total was 330. And no I didn't go drive an extra 200 miles or damage the vehicle in any way. I returned it better than when I received it. Their quote for your job is nowhere near what your actual total will be. Don't be dumb like me and read the reviews about people being charged an extra 200 and think they just don't understand mileage or gave incorrect details for the quote.
Candice BurgThe van I rented was about 1000 miles under then what my contract was stating. The employee said that they would not charge me the mileage since they don’t know the correct mileage for the vehicle. I was pretty much triple charged. The initial charge for the vehicle and estimated mileage and 2 astronomical amounts of money that are pending. You really need to figure this shit out before I get a lawyer involved!! That’s not a threat that’s a threat that’s a absolute promise!

Anna BolgerPerson working office was an hour late to work which caused my to get my truck 30 minutes after my scheduled pick up time! The truck we so dirty and trashed I have pictures for proof! Upon dropping off truck the worker was in office even made eye contact and refused to come out to check in truck. I tried mobile check in but app kept failing. Had truck dropped off way before I was supposed to the worker even seen me and still charged an after hours charge. I will never use this location again!

varini nathanyThe people working there were fine and were put in a terrible situation by Uhaul, at least I think it was Uhaul. The problem was that this location didn't have the other stuff I had ordered, specifically moving pads and a furniture dolly. They told me UHaul doesn't give those things to them but still lets customers reserve them. o if UHaul can't make sure companies like Midgard has the equipment UHaul is renting, then they shouldn't be renting trucks out. This was an awful move because of not having the stuff I ORDERED!
John SchwabDropping of my truck at Midgard Self Storage in Denver was easy. All I had to do was go in an give my key to the person working at the desk. However, what came after was not so easy. Two days after dropping of my truck, Uhaul called me to ask when I would be returning my truck since I was now late. It turns out that Midgard had not checked in my truck after two days. When I called them I left a message about the call from Uhaul, but they never called me back. They did check in my truck, but the only alert I got was by email a few hours later.

Raven BeanFor the third time in four months, UHaul has screwed me over. I’m done with your company. With this last rental I picked up the truck I had 3/4 tank of gas. I drove a total of 12 miles. I put five dollars in gas back into it and they’re telling me that I used an eighth of a tank, however, using simple math not only did I not only use an eighth of a tank but I replaced it with almost double that amount I more or less put a gallon and a half of gas in for 12 miles again I was ripped off $28 more this time last time I was ripped off $25 the time before that $250 I’m so over this goddamn company and it’s a shame because it’s the only company that’s usually available in the area but from now on if I’m gonna pay high price I might as well go with rider or Penske at this point
