The lady called me 7-times to. See if I could bring the truck back early for someone else to use and question why I had rented a second one I tried my best to get back in time and hurried with the second one so she could have two on her lot I did not have to return the second one until Monday but she was rude and told me she would have to charge me for a whole day although I was only four hours late and had plenty of time on the other one all she had to say was â€œthat's lifeâ€Leslie C.
I scheduled to rent a 15 feet U-Haul, but when I arrived they told me only 12 and that's what they have. I need to get move next day so I can only accept it, however, I still got charged for 15 feet U-Haul price.Kevin C.
We were in a bind badly and far from home and she helped us be able to take our car that broke down and haul it home on the auto transport and we are so grateful to her. Thank you so much and would highly recommend her business over all.Mike S.

1st attempt: Made an online reservation and got reservation #. Traveled 190mi's (380 round trip) and when I got to the facility, attendant not there. Called (2)different ph#'s for attendant and was told Corpus online reservations messed up...no truck waiting for me. So went back Hm empty handed. 2nd attempt: Got a truck but had toe wait 45 min's bc apparently Ofc/shack(6x12) had the internet cable cut by lawn crew so attendant had to use internet at her house and then she showed up to release truck. I would use Ryder or Dollar or Hertz or anyone else....if they were close to the location. Q: Do you do GAS reimbursements? Ask bc I drove 380mi's the 1st time and ended up empty handed. The actual rental was good. About 30 miles into my trip the rear right tire blew out in near El Campo, Tx. I was under a deadline and there was a truck tire shop across the highway so I limped the trailer over there and had them replace the tire. It cost me $105.00 but calling road service and waiting who knows how long wasn't an option. The lady at the rental tried for two days with your people in Arizona to get me some kind of refund. We were told since I didn't use roadside assistance I was out of luck. I HAD NO OPTION BUT TO PAY FOR IT MYSELF AT THE TIME!!! Why can't you people show a little common sense on this one and give me some kind of a discount or refund or something? Paul R AlmondPaul A.

Put return date and time down correctly. I returned the trailer over 24 hours early (1:35 pm on 2/9/2021) when not due until 4:00 pm on 2/10/2021. Called because no one was there; told to leave it and she'd check it in when she got back over there in a little bit. So, unhitched trailer, took several pictures of it there, and left. Just got receipt of returning trailer dated 2/10/2021 at 7:06 pm stating it got returned on 2/10/2021 at 4 pm: over 24 hours after it was dropped off. I even called to verify I was at the right place. Return date and time should have at least showed 2/9 instead of 2/10.PANNA H.

The Original Transport I rented was listed as stolen by the Houston Police Dept, I was detained by Texas DPS for over and hour. They originally told me I was being arrested and the truck and trailer where being towed, they agreed to release me but they towed the transport.Terry R.

The air conditioning on the truck stopped working just west of Salina Kansas which resulted in a sweltering 8 hour remaining drive to Cheyenne Wyoming.THOMAS D.

They tell you to call if there's any problems and we had a flat and 4 hrs later and 3 companies dispatched and no one showed up. We were not in a safe location once the sun set and U-Haul road side didn't care, they were of no help. Was on hold for over an hour trying to speak to them. Had to buy a new tire because they never showed up. It's pending whether or now to be reimbursed. Very poor customer serviceJessica W.
