The self check-in process was very frustrating for us. We had to call customer service for assistance in getting our phone settings updated to allow it to work. We were disconnected from the web site multiple times (we do have an iPhone and are proficient in using it). All told, it took us about 40 minutes to complete the process. I would recommend that U-Haul also offer sites with a live attendant to assist customers.

Filled Truck up to the same gas mileage I got it with literally a block away from drop off and got charged for 2 gallons $9 roughly. Literally was a condom in packaging left in cup holder but you guys charged me for "gas" and I put it back to the level I took it...

William H.I called U-haul Neighborhood Dealer to rent. He said we had to pick up at Go Pack Storage. My truck was not there. Then when I went into the text and tried to sign in, I found out that my truck was 10 miles away. I guy at U-haul Neighborhood could have told me to create an account before hand so that I could just get there and pick it up. The truck needed to be sweep out before we could load our stuff. The experience was not the greatest. My info on how to do it all through the website would have been helpful.

Randy H.My reservation was for pickup in Manitowoc a full week before the pickup date. The day prior to pick up, uhaul called and said the location had changed to an hour away. This negatively impacted plans as we were two hours behind schedule (it was a one hour drive each way). This is not acceptable. When a reservation is made in a selected city, that's where the pick up should be. The new location I have no issues with- other than it being too far away
Barbara R.This location was exceptionally quick and easy. The other locations spend a lot of time talking about all of the details of the rental agreement which is unnecessary for repeat customers. Ultimately, though, the location I choose is going to be dependent on the availability of the trailer size that I need.
