Worst experience ever. The staff was rude and unhelpful. Didn't verify information so I was charged insurance that I declined when making the reservation on app. The drop off process was horrible. Refused to assist and Was told do it online and drop the key in box. Didn't want to be bothered with it apparently

Alexuis J.Was a convenient store, no clear signage of Uhaul return. The attendant wasn't clear on how to return the truck and gave some confusing directions. We eventually processed in the app and left the keys with them, but was concerned about confirmation of return.
Fred M.There had been homeless people sleeping in the back of the truck and upon picking it up we found drug paraphernalia, empty liquor bottles, and food containers. The person working did not walk the truck with us to ensure it was clean and in good condition.

SHANIQUE L.Extremely unprofessional, terrible experience that deserves negative stars and I would honestly like a refund for the trouble I went though I was charge for equipment never provided they falsified the odometer and the manager of this location was beyond rude and cost me even more money by NOT being present and making me miss an Uber that had already been running late and I had to call another and got charged for the first Uber anyways. Absolutely terrible. I never take time to stop and review a place but I hated this experience and it was a horrible end to an otherwise streamline move.
Ayden C.Upon arrival to the truck a guy had to tell the people in the back of the truck smoking out of a crack pipe to "get out this guy needs this truck" they said hang on and continued to smoke their crack! This is no joke or a mad customer lying. I work for modern piano moving and use these trucks weekly because our semi is too large for some areas. The back smelled horrible like urine. The cab was unexceptable as well. It was filthy with food and chocolate stuck all over the seats dash and everywhere else. I wiped down what i could with sanitizer wipes but ultimately covered the seats with some of our own moving pads and threw them away after we were finnished with the truck. Oh and when we told the manager about aĺl of this he said theres nothing he can do hes told them to stop. Um how bout clean ur dang trucks and lock the back like a normal person! It wouldnt suprise me if he charges them rent to camp in the back. Totally unproffessional and i hope the right person sees this and takes action at this location. PLEASE!!!
kyle W.The clerk was not communicating with me about how he was processing the Uhaul reservation. When he did give me the key the unit was dirty. Inside had 2 boxes of food and trash on the floor as well as dirty clothes and 2 pans of food in the trailer. We had to cleaned it out before we left. I also did not ask for safe move and was charged for it.

Truck bed had trash everywhere (empty chip bags, popcorns where) 4. Gas tank was only 1/4 filled but contract showed 1/2 full and indicated that we needed to return truck with 1/2 filled. Completely dishonest. highly NOT recommend!!!
jee C.I made my original reservation at this location despite its low ratings because it was the only location available at the time and date I needed. Once I arrived for pick up the reserved vehicle, I found out why it was so poorly rated. First off, the shop attendant made me supply much of the information I had already submitted through my online reservation again, and still wait another 20 minutes for the keys despite the vehicle being parked right outside. Once I was finally given the keys, it was to a 15' truck and not the 9' van I reserved. I specifically requested a smaller vehicle because I do not have experience driving a larger truck and was not confident in doing so. When I pointed this out to the attendant, they said the 15' truck was the only available vehicle, despite there being a 9' van parked outside. While the larger truck got the job I needed done, it was bulky, more cumbersome to drive, and made my task more difficult than I had wished. On top of that, the truck itself was very dirty on the inside and as I drove and used it, it did not seem to be well-maintained. Ultimately, it was simply not what I reserved and resulted in a generally unpleasant experience.
Ashley R.Marathon gas station off Gresham rd in ATL .The people renting the truck are very aware of the Man sleeping in back of truck. It was dirty and smelled bad. Cigarette butts and trash left in back. Truck not sanitized at all.

Thomas N.Worker at this location refused to give us keys. It took 30 minutes for him to contact his supervisor and even then, his supervisor did not know what was going on. Supervisor was trying to charge us when we had already paid and even checked in online. Then he was saying he couldn't find us in his system. Only solution was to call a uhaul and have them speak to the supervisor. It was extremely frustrating and I recommend Uhaul discontinue their relationship with this location. Additionally, we rented an appliance dolly, utility dolly and furniture pads which where not in the truck at this location.

Keyanna B.I reserved my U-haul days before pickup. Just to find when I get the truck home two homeless sleeping in the back of it. They had urinated in the truck which made the truck have an awe full smell... Also when I called this location to let them know what I saw the response from the associate was I'll check my trucks better before they are picked up for travel. He never offered me another truck nor my money back. I had to clean the truck out before I was able to load my stuff. I spent over $400 to move my stuff from Georgia to Louisiana and received this type of service I am highly disappointed!!!!
JAKARIUS P.If you have a bunch of time and energy to waste on this gas station and have the means to argue with the attendant about your order and things you've already completed, then by all means go for it. The u-Haul customer service reps on the phone were extremely helpful however this location should be banned from offering services to anyone in need of help throughout any moving process. Unwilling to help, unwilling to listen, and obviously unaware of the clients abilities to understand the way this service works.

joseph N.location had no printer and could not check me in because the "system was down". Also I requested 12 moving pads which i never got but was charged for and the location said they could not remove the charge. Also picked truck up with 1/4 tank of gas, not cool.

They didn't know how to check me in. After almost an hour, I figured it out myself on your app. A disgrace considering the amount of $$ I spent. They should be fired and our you should be. If my wife had to return this without me, I would have feared for her life. Disgusting !!!!!!!!! Thank you for sending me a medium for me to communicate this to you. I was going to email you somehow to let you know how bad it was. And relative to that. if you think it was bad, double it, and you might come close to how it was. Thank you for listening...
