Everything I said above. The drop off instructions told me to go online BUT GUESS WHAT MY RESERVATION WASN'T CONNECTED TO MY ACCOUNT (YOUR DOING NOT MINE) so I was going to be punished with extra fees. WHY?! I called 5 times asking for it to be changed and I was told the same thing that is fine... IT WASN'T!! THEN THE LAST OPERATOR WAS SO RUDE!!!

I returned the truck abd equipment between 6:45 pm and 7:00 pm (it was to be back by 10:30 pm). I checked the mileage and found that I drove 33.4 miles. I received a phone call at 3:10 pm the next day asking me when I planned on returning the truck. I told them I had returned it and gave them the time from the night before. Then when I received my final bill it said I had drive 59.2 miles. Not sure why I am responsible for any miles you or someone else drove after I returned the vehicle. This would not be a big deal except you charge mileage ($0.99 per mile). The difference is a charge to me of over $15.00 for your mistake. That is the reason that I would not recommend you to others. Lee's has cameras on the property. Check and see what time I returned the truck and if the truck moved between then and the time of the billing. As far as gas, I returned it with more gas than what I received it with so it was not to put gas in it.

The App would not geo-locate. I made CERTAIN that I had enabled this for the APP. I called customer service and initially they assumed I was dumb and did not know how so enable location sharing, but once I proved I knew what I was talking about, she asked if I had Android or IOS and I have Android. SO then she told me to use the website and it did ultimately work...but boy was that a pain...making my drop off a lot longer than planned.

The U-haul app is extremely laggy, unresponsive, and required me to start over multiple times within each process from reserving, pickup and returning the equipment due to timeouts, errors or just plain unresponsiveness. Other than that the rental was good.

I reserved to pick up in Pryor as I was moving from adair ok, to broken arrow ok. I went to pick up at 5pm the night I was moving and they said they didn't have a reservation for the 20 foot truck and the closest place with a 15 foot truck was either Muskogee or Tulsa. I had to go to Tulsa and pay 20$ more for a smallwe truck which also put twice the miles on the truck and I had to pay an overage because it was 91 miles and i was only covered for 48 which would have been fine had they had the one i reserved in pryor. I would have never went over. I was also told to fill the truck up when I teturn it and I did even though I only got it at under half the tank. So I spent $75 on gas when I should only put like $30 in plus $45ish for extra milage and $20 more for the smaller truck. I am not happy at all. It's so expensive to move already so these extra things really bit us in the butt.

Maybe have someone in addition to the store cashier who can help ring up uhaul rentals and get them on their way quicker on Saturdays. Being a feed store, was busy that morning. So we had a few different wait times. Luckily we weren't in a huge hurry, so no harm, but some people need to get on the road sooner.

I was told before entering the truck that I rented that it would have a full tank of gas and that I was to return it on a full tank of gas. Upon starting the truck it only had an eighth of a tank of gas in it and whenever I returned it it had a half a tank

Be sure to mention that they have a drop box for keys if the rented truck is brought back after hours or at a time when they are closed. I forgot to ask and did return the truck after they had closed. I eventually found a key drop box to put the key in. Not a big deal, but it was dark and I had to search to find the drop box. Boomer came out inside the fenced area to welcome me, he was doing a good job guarding the chickens. I enjoyed the people at this location and would certainly rent again if I needed a truck in that area.

If you like feed stores this is a great location. It was very close to my hotel, which is perfect when you are sick of driving and over in miles. I had to wait for someone to process the return and their internet was not working, but they had a lot of bunnies to look at.

They overcharged me, they charged me for an extra day which is incorrect. I returned the truck within 24 hrs.and returned online within 24 hrs

Jennifer handled the transaction. She asked if I had rented from U-Haul before which I had. Once she was advised that I had previously rented with U-Haul she decided that she didn’t need to go over any charges at all. I was never presented with the contract until after my funds were held. The transmission on the vehicle was also rapidly going out as it wouldn’t up shift into the next gear forcing me to drive mostly in first and second. I expressed my dismay with Jennifer once I received the contract via email. When she was contacted she provided no resolution besides just bringing the vehicle back. By this time the vehicle had already been loaded and we were 20 miles away from her store. She also contacted a supervisor which provided a lackluster $10 discount. This was as bad of an experience that I could have had. I won’t be renting through U-Haul moving forward. I’ll also be disputing these charges with my credit card company since nothing from the agreement was provided to me until after a hold was placed on my card. Please revoke Jennifer’s store from renting out your equipment.

Renting the truck was a pain due to the fact that U-haul's website did not work. It took almost an hour of time to get the truck. The agent finally wrote a paper contract. Your website needs help!!!!

Jennifer was so sweet and friendly. She was super busy when we showed up but she made it known that she would be right with us as soon as we walked in. Would use them again if we ever need a uhaul again

The customer service was great this time but as soon as I got on the highway passing through sand springs I got pulled over for my left blinker not working on the trailer I got a warning and he sent me on my way and as I got onto the turnpike I got pulled over again so this time I told ohp I would pull off at the next exit and fix it. So I crawled under the trailer and found a wire that had not been crimped properly so I purchased what I needed and repaired the blinker/brake light. (This was after I even asked if the trailer was ready to go )

I got the optional insurance even though this was a trip less than 20 miles. If there is no incident/accident, then U-Haul should consider refunding all or a portion of this insurance. I won't use U-Haul again unless I absolutely need to because I don't believe in giving companies free money, especially when I return the rental in same condition as received.

Took care of everything on line thought I was renting in Claremore,OK. -BUT on page two of my printed copies it listed Lee’s Feed and that was 25 miles out of my! 50 miles round trip! Found all this out after trying to pick up at Claremore location! Very frustrating! I was very up set.

U-Haul needs better communication. i drove to three different locations on opposite sides of town before I was able to actually take delivery of my truck. Also, the employees at the north Lewis and downtown locations seemed clueless. U-Haul did not have my vehicle available and these employees acted like it was not their problem. Lees feed was the only useful location. They were also the only U-Haul representatives that provided a useful level of customer service.

Clean the trucks and always check windshield wipers. ...rain season is here...was in a down pour last night wipers was so bad couldn't see to drive...

I was charged $10 more than I was quoted. I've tried calling several times to get this resolved and have been unable to get someone on the phone to assist.

I normally use one of the main U-Haul locations for my moves but I chose to use this one due to location and I have to say I would definitely use them again. It almost felt like I was in a small town away from the big city where people are polite and helpful. I wish I could have just hung out there for awhile.
