The location was hard to find and the only identifying mark was a light up U-Haul sign in a window. The inside was small and cluttered. There was no clear marked spot to park the truck. The staff member working was helpful and friendly.

Lisa MRide Share/Mobile App was cumbersome as the location had little experience with customers using the app. Staff was incredibly helpful and kind, but I still had to go inside, verify my license, get the dolly and get the key as it was not in the lockbox. What should have taken 5 minutes on the app took 30 minutes. Great staff, just needs more training on preparing for a mobile app pick up.

They had one truck, so that tells you no one is doing Uhaul business with these people. Would never recommend this place. Go to the big Uhaul center off of Hwy 64, across from auto repair shop. They are pros, plus more trucks and people that are "problem solvers" not excuse makers".

WILLIAM RI arrived at the appointment time uhaul had set up. They had no knowledge of my appointment and even though I had a reservation number. I was told I had to download the app and check in. After I did that, they still couldn't get it. Because of COVID, I had to stick my head thru a window while standing in a bush and yell across the office to talk with the rep on the phone while the guy called the service number so they could coordinate my reservation. Total shit show! I was told that this happens all the time.
Connie BOur overall uhaul experience was great. The app, however, isn't user friendly. It wouldn't allow us to upload a pic of the condition of truck. Pick up time was 830 am. App said paperwork was being processed. It wasn't truly processed until I sent a chat. At that point I received a name other than agent and the prices began. We didn't leave until closer to 9. I'd say more detailed instructions for the app

Robert RMake a fucking effort to tell me where the fuck me truck was and make sure where I am going to get the truck is also the location where all my equipment will be located, running between 2 place twice was completely Uhauls fault. Will not recommend your service to anyone.

Linda LOnly thing was the truck tires seemed to be really out of balance or one bad tire making the truck bounce around on the road way too much.
Trevor WManager there was very aggressive to me and rude to her employee. UHaul texted me a new location to return. When I clicked on address for directions, it took me to the same location as I picked up. It took over 20 minutes to return because everyone was confused. The employee was clearly frustrated and made a big deal about the gas tank level. He was very concerned that the tank was returned closer to 8/16ths than 9/16ths. Seems silly to me how big of a deal he made 1/16th of a tank. I won't be returning and won't recommend to anyone else.
Doug L1. Fully train representatives and increase their knowledge base. U-Haul dealers should be trained as well as the U-Haul branch stores. 2. Had the pick up location completely scheduled this drop correctly we would have been satisfied. But waisted almost an hour trying to return the truck.

Jackie Wthey were giving me a hard time about miles needed even though mileage had not been mentioned at all during my online reservation period, as i was under the impression i was renting the truck based on time (24 hours) rather than mileage needed.

Carlos AStaff was working alone on a Sunday morning and the store was very busy. He was kind and courteous but a bit overwhelmed with the volume. No fault of his own. I would recommend additional staffing on weekends when rental reservations are plentiful,
LaVetta HNo one there to help hook up the trailer .the air was low in tires .I don't recommend them .
MICHAEL SI called Thursday evening because my husband fell and could not unload the truck. she said no problem as long as I had it there in the evening. Talked to Cheryl this morning--OOPS that was not true. Seems like neither one of these locations know what is going on. I returned the truck 6:30 PM and was charged to return at 9:11 AM.

Brett MAudra was great when we picked it up. As far as UHaul goes, I specifically requested Eureka to drop off. We were given Pacific. Seemed like the people at the call center didnt really didnt know how to change drop off.
suzanne sI think you should have partial day rental when the customer is only a couple of hours late instead of charging an entire day. I was only 2 hours late and it cost me an additional $60.

Dina PI had asked to have a furniture dolly in the truck but when I got to my house to start moving it wasn't in there. I also was charged $128 for a one way trip when a round trip would have been $90. The lady had said it was cheaper for a one way not a round trip.
Tyler SI felt as though there was a lot of confusion with my reservation. I ordered online and when i got there i was asked to pay double of what i was supposed to. So the lady there got that figured out. then later that day i received a call from someone telling me that my truck fee was charged to someone else. When i called back they said it was taken care of. the next day i received another call about the same thing. i told the lady i was told it was taken care of. she then called me back and said it was... Then the next day i received to different receipts with 2 different charges. however i was only charged one amount. but the amount i was charged seems to be a little high on the mileage side. not a great or easy time renting this truck.
