VERY VERY UNORGANIZED. It took over an hour to get the trailer picked up/rented. Had to keep stopping and waiting on other customers. Wasn't sure which trailer she wanted to give us. When she came out to help us hook up she kept blowing cigarette smoke in my face. Which could have cause an episode with my heart. I'm that sensitive. My cardiologist will not allow me around anyone with it on their clothing.JACKIE J.

I never received a call from U-Haul to let me know the location had changed. Then when I went to pick up my trailer it was not available because the customer never returned his. I had to wait over 2.5 hours until the customer finally returned the trailer that was supposed to be returned on Friday 13AUG2021. Not only did I have to wait I had to travel 30 to my dads house to wait that time then 30 miles back to Kiefer. I called Customer Service and they told me they would be giving me a discount for my time wasted and all the traveling I had to do, however no discounts were applied.JAMES C.

I had to go to more than one place to pick up my vehicle and I had to go to a town 19 miles away to pick up the car transport. Even though I reserved it a month in advance. I don't know if it was because of all this Covid mess. It took me most of the day to get this done and loaded up. And I was charged two extra days for my trouble. I forgive you. I was charged double the amount for everything and was told they can't do anything about it, and was also charged 2x for a dolly I didn't get when I picked up the trailer. Don't rent here.Elizabeth C.
There was only 1 person working and it was a gas station. Instead of helping us when we had a set time to pick up the trailer she was helping the customers coming into the store. We were there for 30 minutes waiting. They should have more staff to handle uhaul customers as well as their own customers.JUSTIN W.
The location in Terrell was decent but the lady owner was a little rude, her husband was nice and professional so he smoothed everything over. The drop off location on Kiefer was one of the most unprofessional and rude experiences that I've had in a long time. The gas station owner acted as though he didn't know what he was doing, would not give me steps on how to turn in the truck, entered the wrong mileage on his phone which would've have charged me hundreds of dollars had I not caught the error and did not have a working printerâ€¦ I want a hard copy of my receipt. He also told me that I can leave and drop the Uhual off somewhere else after raising his voice in front of customers and not providing a receipt. His Uhual business needs to be shut down, he is incompetent and has no customer service skills.Eugenia L.
We were originally supposed to drop off the uhaul trailer in Sapulpa, OK and we went to 3 different uhaul dealers and they would not accept it. The first wouldn't open the door for us, did not have signs posted just a key drop. The 2nd place said they had too many and wouldn't let us drop. The 3rd place said we couldn't drop the trailer, I asked why they had the uhaul sign up and they said just because they sold boxes. We finally found the place in Kiefer that accepted the trailer and the lady was extremely nice!Travis C.

I believe u-haul needs to improve its inventory control and communication with folks at its locations. When I arrived at my pickup location my reserved truck was not available causing me to have to go to another location, wasting valuable time that I needed for the move.
