When I was booking my uhaul it only gave me to option of doing mobile pick up for this location so I pick the 930 time slot, I got there 20 mins early did the whole online checkin process. After getting the code to my lock box I open up my box and it was empty, so I called customer service and they advised me that I would have to wait until the location opened up at 10am to retrieve my key. I stood outside for 15min in the freezing cold because there was already a line forming once we all got in I waited another 30min just for the guy to set up the computer and process another rental for the lady that was in front of me. They waste a whole hour of my time because someone didn't do their job.Alexander T.

When I entered the vehicle, there was someone's gloves inside the vehicle already. There was also a sticky substance on the bottom of the cargo area. I tried my best to avoid getting it on my belongings. I've never seen such a poorly maintained vehicle. I typically rent via Penske at Home Depot and never have any problems . I definitely think that the location can do a better job of cleaning up the vehicles and showing some care into the work.Sharath M.

This was the closest to me, so I chose to use it. That this was a side line for a liquor store meant 10 a.m. opening and no place to sit while the person ahead of me was being handled by the one employee. But once it was my turn, I was efficiently processed and the van I rented was clean and gassed and functioned well.CHARLOTTE J.

It was very slow to pick up the vehicle. It took 30 minutes for the person to check me in and I was the only one there! The truck was very dirty. No one cleaned it. There was food on the floor of it that I had to clean up. I will not rent from this location again. You should have higher standards in picking your neighborhood dealers.Adam N.
The associate was rude and did nit have company knowledge. The associate had to reach out to management to request the process on applying an employee discount. I provided an employee ID of a family member and he did not know how to apply the discount. I was promised by the manager that upon return if the truck I would be given a reimbursement. - Asking for additional contacts should have been done when I placed the order, NOT on site. - Calling additional contacts without warning meant people didn't pick up -- they were sleeping. - No signage or information at vehicle location about where the "front desk" was. - Front desk address was nearly useless -- an address in a strip mall is hard to use, and worse when it didn't mention that I was looking for a Beer & Wine store - App did not let me take photo of odometer on return.Patrick B.
Greetings, Poc was very courteous; equipment needs to be maintained so others can use it in a safer environment during these times and at other times as well. I rented a van, but due to vehicle not being cleaned, I didn't accept and used a pickup trip. Van had not be swept out, it was very dusty. Please keep us safe at all times.Hattie T.

Never use U Haul!!!! because if something happens to you, no one would ever respond to you!!! Poor customer service!!!!! Worst experience ever!! I accidentally locked the key in the truck while the engine was still on. I had tried to contact U Haul customer service by call and online chat, for two hours, no one responded! I had to call Locksmith to unlock the truck and paid 255 bucks! They don't value their customer.Qian C.

When I showed up a half hour early they told me they just rented the trailer i'd reserved. Got another one pretty fast but nerve wracking. Completely incompetent on correct hook-up procedure. They did not tighten the ball coupler down, left screw-nut all the way up, it would have jumped-off they way they left it. The safety chains were incorrectly hooked and did not use the black rubber safety bands just left them hanging. The worst was the Brake Chain, the guy said it can not drag or it could start a fire, so he wrapped it around the trailers tongue!!! Effectively nullifying the ability of the chain to stop the trailer in an emergency because it would jam around the tongue had it decoupled, which combined with not securing the trailer to the ball, was just a horrible set up. They need training desperately. If I didn't have years of towing experience and driven away with the way they left it for me, it was a probable tragedy set-up to happen. They were personable and accommodating under pressure of all kinds of responsibilities running their store, but technically dangerous. I fear for anyone renting a trailer from this place because, to reiterate, they are not proficient in trailer hook-up, they are a public safety hazzard to novice trailer pullers. Send an undercover uhaul agent over there to hook up a trailer you'll see what I mean. - chagrined.Howard C.

You guys rob people of their money. You literally do not give a pro-rate and take away all the money regardless if we don't use it for the full amount of days. I don't need a u haul for 9 days, but you're willing to charge me at least 500$/day to use the damn thing and for me give it back to you 5 days prior to the return date. It's better for you because we know you're gonna lease it out once again for you to make more money. WORST MOVING COMPANY SERVICES EVER. I arrived on time at 10am and the location's front door was locked. I waited and the store owner opened up only to fond my reserved truck was not there. I was provided a replacement which delayed me by 45 mins. I was then told that I needed to return the truck at 4pm which is 5 not 6 hours. I had to rush to get my things moved in time to return the truck which was an unnecessary stress. The store owner was kind and very helpful but needed an extra person to run the store while he handles the uhaul responsibilities. I was given a $20 gas voucher since the truck was almost on empty which was nice.Troy T.

The self/mobile pick-up experience is VERY frustrating. U-Haul should make it clear before selection what information is needed to proceed with a mobile/self-pick up. I would have done a regular counter service had I known how burdensome the mobile process is. The location was very helpful with getting me checked-in but the mobile experience is awful/burdensome.Qd W.

My experience was absolutely horrifying. My truck already had a flat tire which I wasn't able to check before accepting the vehicle. The last time this vehicle was inspected was in April, which is also ridiculous. The uhaul vehicles need to be inspected after every reservation so that these issues are prevented in the future. I was on the phone for over 1.5 hours and even then, the customer service agents were super rude. They refused to exchange my vehicle for a different one and didn't offer any solutions. My overall experience was horrible and I would never rent from here again.Hayoung C.

This was the worst and most unprofessional experience of my life. I booked a truck for 10:00am only to arrive and the location was CLOSED we waited around for 45 minutes then decided to try driving to another uhaul because we really needed to move. On our way to the other uhaul I get a text saying we're ready to check in so we turn around and go back to where we made the reservation and the guy is giving us so much attitude. We express that it's now 11:30 and we booked it for 10:00am and he says â€œdo you want to argue with me or do you want a trick because I don't have to give you a truckâ€ so they rudely hand us the keys and show us to the trucks and leave. We didn't sign any paperwork, weren't told we had to report any damage, nothing. Only after we got home with the truck did I get a text asking to report damage. Glad we did because the truck was banged up and there was dirt, styrofoam, and broken glass in the back! Also the truck was supposed to come with moving pads and it didn't have any!! Also we had reserved two dollys with the truck and the guy told us he doesn't have any, why were we able to reserve them in the first place?? The owners of the store just made excuses and we're so rude to us when they should have been apologizing for our experience! The worst part is I got a copy of a contract in my email that I had supposedly signed but I had NEVER been shown the contract and the signature was NOT MINE. That is forgery. Horrible experience. This was absolutely unacceptable. I showed up to pick up my truck and there was no truck. I was never contacted in advance to be told this was the case. After 30 minutes of having me wait for a truck, a shop employee suggested perhaps he could help find a truck in the area. I had been on hold with UHAUL the entire time with no luck. I booked an 11:30 truck, and at 1pm I was given a truck and it took 15 minutes to do the paperwork necessary to drive away. When you rent a car or truck you expect it to be there. When it wasn't, they showed little ability to do anything to help. I rented 4 dollies and they were never provided to me because they were not available. I was deceived and taken advantage of. I could have booked a truck and dollies elsewhere if I were told they would not be available, but I feel they weren't forthright as a way to steal my business. Do not trust this location.Daniel K.
Worst experience of my life this time around. I booked a U-Haul for pick the 24/7 option where I would be able to pick up in a lock box. I tried to access this on my phone and it wouldn't let me I called and customer service notified me that this location does not do mobile pick up for the truck I selected, even thought the website said differently and allowed me to book. The representative over the phone then proceeded to send me to another location at this point I had been on the phone for over an hour by the time I got to the next location it was well after 8:30. This location was literally in the middle of nowhere and it took me 45mins to get any kind of service to finally get access to the mobile pick up. By the time I got the truck it was almost 9:30. I was delayed almost 3 hours and had to go to multiple locations, hugely inconvenient. Never again.Lynn O.

I also ordered a truck with a hand truck and moving padsâ€"neither of which were in the car.
