Return self checkin was difficult for me. You wanted five fotos. I took about thirty to satisfy your needs. The odometer reading was difficult to capture. I input it manually also, A choice to only manually input mileage and gas would have served me better. Also, to aid in the picture taking, you instructed me (I think) to turn on the truck. Did you mean lights on, engine on, or both. I finally did both, That drained some of the gas I had loaded.

No one there to help when trailer dropped off. It was hard to get confirmation I had returned the rental. Agent at JT Auto Service, 5298 Haines Road, Saint Pete, was excellent at helping me get documentation the trailer had been returned. He went the extra mile!!!

Location was convenient and easy to access. Check out and checking was quick with online check out. Location is a small business that locks front door so knock if it is locked.

The younger person that we first dealt with was kind and helpful. Truck was in good condition and worked fine, except for the 12 volts that did not work. The only mar to the experience was that the older person that we dealt with when we brought back the truck was very rude. Firstly, he barked at me for parking the truck in a different spot than I picked it up in. It was never expressed or instructed that I was supposed to. Secondly, before we had a chance to leave the parking lot, he moved the truck back to it's original spot, and in the process, almost hit my car. He would have hit it had we not honked the horn at him to get his attention. This second, older person needs customer sensitivity training and driving classes, or he needs to be let go. He was the only negative part of an otherwise perfect experience.

I was supposed to pick up truck at a different location. When we arrived there was no truck. We were supposed to get a $50 credit for the hassle. Given from the first location. Nobody knew anything about it. Upon trying to return my truck the place I chose as my return spot didn't open until 1 my truck had to be back by 10. I called all the places I googled. Everyone refused to take my truck. No space is what I heard from everyone. So I finally waited until 1 and took it to the place on my paperwork where he also said he had no space. After a few minutes of explaining my situation and I broke down crying out of frustration. The man there took my truck. He's an angel. But I after all this I won't be using uhaul in the future. Oh and I forgot my 20 minutes phone can to the 800 number. To try and get hello and tell them no one would take my truck that got disconnected with no call back even though they had my number on file.

I am in sales and pay close attention to others about how they interact with the public. It was extremely refreshing to meet and work with the young man that I first met that was behind the counter. He was very knowledgeable, polite, and extremely professional. It is extremely rare that you find somebody of that caliber at that young age.

First, this is not the location I chose. I was switched to this location which added at least 10 extra miles to my use and thus about $10.00 dollars to my bill. It took over an hour to complete the rental due to computer problems which cut into the time I had to complete my project.

The pick up location was convenient, but not clean...it reminded me of old roadside auto repair gas stations from years ago. But the fellow was nice. There was something coming out of the air conditioning vent in the truck that made my eyes itch terribly. It was too hot to turn it off, but it was problematic to drive with the itchiness.. It served its purpose, though.

Truck was new so no issues with vehicle. Office and yard a mess. Printer with inadequate ink supply making receipts difficult to read. I throughly completed all information on web site. Waste of time. Had to do all paper work again AND was wrong truck making check out process longer than should be

This was the THIRD location we tried to return the truck. All in all, took us more than an hour just to return it. JetSki was great, and we left happy. The first location assigned to us was sketchy - appeared to be an abandoned building, but has no address marking or U-Haul sign. They did not answer their phone. We drove around and found a U-Haul storage. The woman was sympathetic and helpful, but could not accept out truck - she was booked up. Directed us to Jet Ski, where we finally were able to return the truck. Great service there. Our advice - stick to dealers or really check out the neighborhood locations before using. As a minimum, they need to answer their phones during biz hours, have a clearly marked address number visible from the street, a visible U-Haul sign, and a good rating online.

The guy charged me a 50.00 cleaning fee for cleaning a empty truck. And verbalky cussed me out for asking why. I would never go they or tell any to. Very unprofessional. Not to forget the cleanliness of office.
