I will never do business with this facility again as the manager is vary shady to deal with.i had paid for storage for my camper which was destroyed in January I had paid 3 months advance in January for storage and she didn't offer to give me a refund for February and March because I moved it in January after storm.also when I got my bank statements this month she had taken 55 dollars out of my check which I didn't authorize for the month of April which my bank said she commuted fraudRonnie P. | Overall Experience
A Tornado severely damaged the facility in January and we were notified that the door to our unit had been blown away and that we should consider finding a new facility and that our payment for the month of February would be refunded if we did so. We moved out the next day, did not receive a refund, and were then billed for March and threatened with additional fees if we did not pay. The facility has made no apparent attempts to repair the missing security gate or to replace the doors that were blown away by the tornado. It is audacious that they would encourage us to move and then continue billing us after we had done so.Rodric F. | Overall Experience

I moved from this unit to another Uhaul unit because I had excessive charges on my credit card statements that no one could explain and when I called Andrea said they didn't do it but their name was reported on my credit card statements. Just way too many issues and I've rented from them before and I still have one other unit that's in my husband's name and we will be moving out of that unit as well.SANQUINETA M. | Overall Experience

Yesterday was the worst experience of my life. What was suppose to be a happy and exciting day of moving turned into a very stressful day, put me hours behind. I struggle with anxiety and honestly it was not good for my mental health. I would not say uhaul is a bad company as a whole but y'all certainly need to do something about that location. They are bad for business!!! I had a hard time locating a truck to move so I called 1800GOUHAUL and someone booked me for 12:30 at this particular location. I get there at 12:20, place looked deserted so I thought well I'll sit here and check in through my phone, thought to myself maybe they went to store or something, or someone will pull up and help me get the key. No one was in the office and no one ever showed up. A little after 1 I went over to the next store right by Fultondale high school which I had already been there once but the sweet lady didn't have anything for me. Her name was Brooke which by the way she deserves major recognition from you because she was so awesome. She called the guy who run industrial park mini storage, he never picked up or responded to her text. She even called the customer service line for the particular area and they weren't any help. So she called traffic, somehow got directed to Georgia traffic so they got her connected for Alabama waited on there forever so when someone finally picked up Brooke got hung up on so we had to wait again to get someone. Get someone, they converted me to that share crap, I go back to industrial to get truck, get there to try get key they tell me online I need to call, I find out I owe money from 2018 which someone could have said over the phone but hell I couldn't even recall why but whatever I resolved that, finally get the key after 20 minutes of bs from that, ok so now it's after 2 and my help was held up because they had their own plans for that day. You guys need to get that location under control because I was told this happens a lot. Signing off as a very unpleased customer!!!Anita G.

The owner went above and beyond to make our experience the best it could be. The online rep tried to send us alot further away to pick up a truck so before we could go get the truck the owner(Phil) called us and accommodated us to a truck on his lot that was 15min closer to the house. He made sure everything in the truck was cleaned and he explained everything to us. We would use this location again and again so thanks for the GREAT experience. When the customer is checking in/out online, uploading pics, and entering information about the truck, then there should be a discount applied since they are doing the work of the employee.Darren D.
The check in at the location was poor. Nothing was shown on the truck to us. The truck fuel was on empty, not 1/4 as the contract stated. The person working the location was wearing tshirt and pajama pants.Regina R.

The staff at this location were professional, friendly, and quick to help me get the truck I needed to complete the equipment move I needed that afternoon. I am not HAPPY with being charged 103.28 for a trailer that we literally used for 7.5 hours!!!!! That is a bit crazy for using a trailer for 7.5 hours, I understand paying for 1 day but this is crazy!!!!!annette C.

We didn't perform an inspection of the truck before signing the paperwork. After getting to my location to load the vehicle I found a paint spill in which I promptly took pictures of. There was also Oil Stains and the cargo end had not been swept out. I found food in the back.Chris M.

This location is where I picked up the auto carrier. I picked up the ten foot truck and the car dolly from an independent dealer in Hoover alabama. My experience there was awful, they gave me the wrong car dolly, they had nothing put together, I had to move the very heavy car dolly BY MYSELF, and hook it up BY MYSELF. the people there were not helpful at all. They barely spoke English so there was a huge language barrier. When I found out that I had the wrong dolly I had to go to three different u haul places to get it exchange for the auto carrier. And I have not been reifunded for the car dolley that I never used. So all in all this whole experience with u haul has been a disaster.MICHAEL G.

I made a reservation weeks ahead of time. had the hardest time finding this dump...when I got there, i rang the gate bell...man finally came out and said he didn't know anything about my rental. he then loked on the computer and had to Google to find the uhaul website. It took about 30 minutes, so he told me he had 1 trsailer and to go to the back and hook it up. I did, brought it back up front, where he told me he couldn't print any contract for me to sign. he then told me to go ahead and take it, as he saw I had a reservation. I checked the trailer and found that the brake lights and turning signals didnb't work. At that point < i took it and left, so that i could drive my daughter's furniture back to memphis.
