Douglas H.I was going to do a mobile pick-up, but the site has some issues. It was so slow, and most of the way through, it asked for a name and number for a friend. This was a hassle. Then I have to call a friend to get permission and hope they're available. The site agent came out as we were finishing; he had the keys and finished the transaction. Also I was charged $10 for something I didn't agree to.

ERICA B.I went through the whole mobile check in process and when I arrived no keys were in the truck I had to go inside and do another live check in. Truck did not run well and felt like it had transmission problems. I drove 87 miles and put 9.5 gallons of gas in truck before returning I was still charged an additional fuel charge.
James T.Online pickup was difficult because of issues with staying connected. Called and was able to get the key but it took longer than I thought it should. They were very friendly and helpful.

They scheduled the day, plus had I kept it till the next day then if of been charged an extra day. Great way to make money off customers on holidays. Schedule depends when not open and charge them extra because you're not upend

Jerry C.We reserved the Uhaul Thursday morning for a Monday morning pick up. We arrive just a few minutes after our scheduled time and the truck is not ready. The guy pulled it around to wash the windows and then told us that the brake light needs to be changed. The rolling cart we ordered was not in the truck. We asked if we could take the other truck in the lot instead. The guy seemed very irritated that we asked, but pulled it around. We had to load the rolling cart and dolly ourselves, and the guy tried telling us to bring it back on a full tank of gas even though it was starting at 3/4 of a tank. We filled out everything online, including submitting driver license copies and checking in online and it still took us over 30 minutes- who knows how long it would have been if we had to wait for the brake lights too!
Randall D.I needed a truck capable of carrying two large boxes of about 8.5' X 4.5'X 1.5'. I was given a cargo van that was perfect for my moving task. This location is about two miles from my home. I'll definitely be using this location for any future moving tasks.

MICHAEL B.I had to drop off the truck on Monday, which was Memorial Day. I was charged for an after hours drop off. That's RIDICULOUS, there were no hours so how can it be AFTER hours.

Victor I.I picked a clean establishment you sent me to a filthy location with a man not wearing a mask. A contactless rental had me standing in a cupboard size room with a man without a mask for ten minutes or more because he couldn't figure out what to do. What happened to all of the information I supplied when I filled out my reservation? Had I not needed to make the delivery on that day I would have walked out.
Rebecca T.I,myself or family and friends will never rent a truck from u haul again. It took over an hour just to complete the information on your site. It took over 30 minutes on the return sign, on both pick up and return I had to call and get help and it still took forever. NEVER WILL ANYONE I KNOW RENT A U HAUL, my advice to your company is get rid of the app and when someone calls for a truck have your person get all the information and give your customers the information they need when picking the truck up. GOOD LUCK
