Honestly, there was only one person working this location. He was not very personable. The truck had a brake light on. (The parking brake was off). He seemed irritated that I asked for the extra dolly that was supposed to be provided. The gas tank was only half full. Just a poor customer service experience.Sophie K.

Its a gas station. The owner of the property came out to receive the truck; he charged me extra for the gas and the 100 miles. I paid over $1200 for this rental, UHAUL fleecing me for an additional $55 is really in poor taste. I have another move coming up, will use Penske trucks instead of uhual. This was the most unprofessional location I have ever been to. They lady who checked my in was on a personal phone call, speaking in her native language and never ended the phone call while she handled my rental. She also did not make sure the equipment was hooked up correctly nor did she have a paper receipt. I went in to get the paperwork to which she replied the printer was messed up and she would email it, but it never came through. I had to wait for â€œher brotherâ€ to get there to print it. Then was never told that the rental was not a one way which is what I had scheduled. When I returned the equipment she still did not know how to print a receipt or come out to check the equipment in. I had to do it on line to make sure it was taken care of . This location should not be able to rent U-Hauls very poor customer serviceNovember S.
The person at the store was very rude, she refused to turn the truck in because it was raining. She lied and said she didn't know how to return the truck, then when further questioned she said she'd return it if we went and took pics of everything but she wasn't going out in the rain. The truck need immediate maintenance. One of the belts under the hood whined continuously, the gear shifter was extremely difficult to operate & it also needed brakes. There should be a service record available to customers renting trucks. When we commented that the truck sounded like it needed serious repairs the manager wasn't at all concerned nor did he offer to confirm the truck was road worthy.Carmen C.

Uhaul decided to change the location both for pickup and drop. I wasn't even notified why in regards to the drop off so I had to drive further away. My pickup location was also change the DAY BEFORE I was scheduled to get my truck and that was 35 miles away from my chosen location!Vikesh P.

After experiencing to the worst customer service at the previous store the guy was very nice. Ebert. Though it took forever getting the uhaul. But it wasnt his fault because the system wouldn't let him rent the truck to me. After over 3 hours I finally got my rental.Jamie R.
The U-Haul had a horrible smell in it. Like bad body order. You can tell the store owners do not clean these vehicles at all. They are dirty and nasty. I would definitely not get a vehicle from this location again even for the convenience.Tera P.
Be more professional in getting the equipment ready for the customer. I had to attach the trailer myself. It was fortunate that I knew how to attach the trailer. Nobody came out to check the trailer before or after. You have one person the store handling store purchases and Uhaul pick up and drop off.David M.
I got very frustrated because the original return to location would not accept the RV. They sent me somewhere else and nobody was there. Had to call corporate to finally send me to a third location to drop off. Made me incur additional charges on the rental pick-up truck I used to haul the RV. The returning process was really very frustrating, not the final place I returned it to though. Those folks were helpful and they at least took it in at last minute notice.Baba T.

I was told by the clerk that if I brought the vehicle back I would be charged the same as a one way and I was not. I was charged almost 50 dollars more. I'm extremely upset because I had to ask for that money from my mother who didn't have it to spare. I had a one way originally because I didn't have money to pay for the extra. Book inventory vehicles and keep the reservation, not change while the customer is driving to pick the vehicle up due to you booking a vehicle that wasn't available . Not wasting 3 hours of a customer's time opening and closing multiple reservations to attempt to fix a problem that clearly isn't being fixed by doing so. As Albert Einstein once said to do the same thing over and over again and expect a different result is the definition of insanity. Have a way to Check the customer out online where he or she can bypass the problematic reservation/checkout process that you have in place. The problem is clearly a disconnect between the system/server and physical pickup locations. Pay and hire workers who value customer service and not transfer you to avoid problematic situations because your system is messed up even though the customer has paid and has proof of payment. If I have proof of payment give me the freaking trailer or truck do not keep me and my wife waiting or give us the run around and keep us up all night driving for bureaucracy.Kevin C.

The uhaul had been used to carry a HUGE load of garbage before our use (we found the landfill receipt in the glove box). The floor was filthy and stunk super bad like garbage!! I suggest mopping them out before renting out again.Jason F.

The attendant at first would not let me drop off the trailer. I chatted with online help and then he did. But did not help me in any way to move the trailer into a very tight spot he insisted I move it into... Did not help me unhook the trailer and was rude.TYRONE M.
Grandpa #1 was excellent in providing their check in process. However, the experience in getting this pick up location was very cumbersome. We had to go through several phone calls and discussions with U-Haul before finding a pick up location that actually had what we needed. Once we finally got a location everything was fine.Harold L.

I was promised that I would have an extra 20 miles added to my initial mileage since there wasn't a truck available locally. I agreed to drive out of my way to pick up the truck based on the U haul's word they would add the 20 miles without extra charge. I shouldn't have been billed for any extra mileage...I had to drive from Villa Rica Georgia to Dallas Georgia to pick it up. So no I will never rent from U Haul again as their word is no good.Van P.

The locations need wiring harnesses for their trailers that can adapt to their customers vehicle. You are turned away if they do not have the right wiring harness - flat 5 to flat 4 connection. The location that rents a truck will charge you for being below the fuel amount that you left with but will not credit you for additional gas that you have in the tank when returning the vehicle. The big vehicles get 5 to 8 miles to the gallon.Neal V.

Very unprofessional. I filled out my paperwork online to save time at pick up. When i got there to pick up, it took over an hour because the employee redid my entire reservation...twice! Then the total was 150.00 MORE than what I agreed to pay for my online reservation. Then he promised he would "throw in a free hand truck" which he did not do. I am thankful that I brought my nephew with me. He had to move car dolly to the truck across parking lot! To top it off..the employee could not even tell me if i needed to put car in neutral or not! Just very disappointed with the entire pick up.Stacy B.
