Had to hook trailer by myself, took over a hour to get all done. My back still hurts from picking up and moving tow dolly. Also wired on cables not covered, still got cuts and had to tighten wheel covers at first gas stop due to being loose. NEVER AGAIN

The original drop off company lied and said they were closed for a week when I tried to drop off the trailer. I drive by the place that after and the following day and they were open both times. They clearly didn’t want to deal with the drop off. The second place that the drop off was relocated to was fine. This caused me to drive an extra hour round trip fuel and time I did not have.

My charge was $48.10 but putative hold on $123.10 not sure why I understand a hold for double the amount but not triple ? And I return car dolly 2 hours early my first time renting from u haul and probably my last

The young lady that waited on us was very friendly and helpful! It was pouring rain and they allowed us to unhitch the trailer in their parking lot without having to take it out back where most trailers are taken when returned. We were most thankful for that!

There was about 20 blankets in the truck which took up a lot of room when we were packing. Had to request they come to pick them up. They did which was very cooperative on their part.

My experience was horrible. I almost lost 800 dollars to a moving company because uhaul couldn't fulfill my reservation. I had to drive almost 2 hours to go pick up the next truck and drive back home. Lost pretty much the entire day because my 7am reservation couldn't be fulfilled after having the truck booked for 10 days. Horrible experience from uhaul not specific locations

Online reservations were a little tough. Reservations were canceled twice. Gave up took my chances on having a tow dolly availability. Got lucky!

The location in Bowling Green is excellent and thank God the lady behind the counter was great at customer service.............since they are not letting me review the first location where I was supposed to pick up my truck on the day of my move the following is a review of that location not the one in Bowling Green !!!!!!!! I had a reservation at the U-Haul located on Pan American Drive in North Port, FL, which was only 5 minutes from our rental home that we were moving from. I received confirmation from U-Haul that everything was good to go for the day of our move but when I arrived at the location in North Port, FL I was told they did not have my truck and they were not expecting any trucks in today. The lady behind the counter was extremely uncaring and told me that all she would give me is the number of the traffic center. I had movers lined up for the morning and we had to be out of rental home by noon but this location in North Port could care less. I spent almost an hour on hold with the traffic center before they located a truck for me 45 miles away !!!!! This was an extremely upsetting and frustrating experience and really threw off the entire move.

Truck size we ordered and confirmed was not available when we showed up. Only had 1 truck that we could use and it was a in town only and we were not moving in town so had to drive an extra trip to drop the truck off. Truck was too small so we had to call around to find someone who had a trailer to help us with the rest of our furniture. Had to be out and moved that day so couldn’t move any other day, so we took the small truck. The guy that helped us at the desk was very polite and friendly. Great customer service. Had no issues with him just the aggravations of not getting the truck that we rented online and having to find a trailer and another pickup truck to move.

Area is in a giant lot and they give no directions as to where to exit the area and where to exit the area and the area use suuuper muddy, almost got it stuck within the first 30 seconds. There was some blood on the windshield and passenger side interior mirror/sun shield. The lights barely worked and the suspension is shot.

Windshield was very dirty inside the vehicle. I was forced by by Uhaul reservation system to go and hour and a half out of my way to pick up the vehicle. I wanted a location much closer.

This truck needs to be checked. When turning right. It makes a popping noise. And the transmission seems to have issues shifting. Plus the truck was NOT clean. With covid and everything, your equipment should be clean. Trash inside cab and inside of storage back. Clearly tell it wasn't cleaned at all prior to putting it out for a new rental release.

Normally I get excellent service. However, this visit had a new gal behind the counter who didn't seem to be happy at her job. The gal who came out to put the trailer was very nice. We had to pick out another trailer because the light didn't work
