Why was I charged $20 for drop off fee when wasn’t warned of such a fee? No one was there after 5:00 when I arrived No in checked out the truck. The mileage the gas situation I dropped key in box then was charged an extra 3 gallons of gas when I clearly ( by pictures I took) put in more than when I took it

I rented a trailer and the trailer and equipment was fine and had no problems. But the location at 17 S Main st. East Windsor CT. was terrible!!! The man running the place was completely unprofessional and very rude. I made a reservation online and that was the location the trailer was at closest to me. But the man at counter was not happy with having to deal with the rental process. He was curing under his breath, repeatedly stating how f’ing’ stupid this was (referring to the U-Haul rental process, I assume). While slamming everything around in his counter and giving a major attitude about having to deal with me the customer! I was a quite shocked and in most cases would have left without the services rendered. But I needed trailer so I stood there and took his abuse. Upon the return his frustrations had yet to subside. Still a very angry man!! My actual uhaul experience is OK. But as a reputable business, you should cut all ties with that location. Not to mention, the outside of the place is very rundown, and looks like a shut down old business!

Suzette BI rented a trailer from East Windsor Auto in a snow storm. They went out of their way to ensure that they met my needs. My trucks, electric trailer light connections weren't working properly, which required East Windsor Auto personnel to lay in the snow and test the connections under the truck. Finding out that a fuze had blown, it was quickly replaced. Asking what I owed for this additional service, I was told to have a good day and drive safe. This type of service is hard to find. 14 degree weather, laying in the snow Thank you East Windsor Auto!
BRADLY WThe vehicle was in excellent condition - very clean, handled easily and ran well. The gentleman in the office, Mark, was very professional, helpful, and friendly. The fees were explained to me up front, so there were no surprises upon returning the vehicle. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone looking to rent a U-Haul.

I had the delivery scheduled for 9 am and the manager arrived 45 minutes later and I had to wait even longer because there was another customer who had arrived first.
Jorge Pthe guy running the place is a disaster. I had a 9 am reservation, He showed up at 9:45 and I had to call him in. Very unprofessional and swearing during the process at the computer. He said he doesn't make enough and that Uhaul service is not worth it to him.

Helen NHonestly this experience was awful. It was so difficult to find the code and unlock the box and so much authentication that should have been done beforehand. Also I paid for a Dooley and there was not one provided. A total waste of time and money I will not be using uhaul again
