My original pick up place was Bloomfield CT. I got a message stating it was changed to a place in Windsor CT. When I arrived to pick up the truck the business was closed. I called U-Haul and the woman said she had the same issue with a pick up there that morning at 8:30am. My pick up wasn't until 11:30am. I do not know why I was not notified of this ahead of time, after my call I was sent to East Windsor for the pick up. By now I did not get the truck until an hour after my reservation. The folks at the East Windsor location were not told I was coming, but were very helpful. They also had to call U-Haul because the UH computer system was down. This location did not have the hand truck I reserved but the woman still charged me for it and said she could not remove that charge. She seemed to not want to do more than she wanted to. I was lucky I was able to borrow a friend's hand truck.

It is better to only deal with real uhaul locations.
Michael SStaff was fine. Dinged rating due to difficulties in getting the reservation completed due to system issues. Plus I was charged higher rate then what initial quote was, and charged an extra day of rental even though I returned the trailer a day early!
Jeffery PAfter having everything turned in and cleared I get an email trying to charge me for wrongful tolls that I dont owe and already paid. I used my own transponder during my travels during the death of my mom and now I have to deal with these mistakes. Fix your error now as I will not be wrongfully charged for something i already paid for. I have sent proof of payment to you and everyone I had an email for But I need you to fix this MISTAKE NOW
