Location was supposed to be open till noon Saturday but no one was there at 11. Everything else was handled remotely so no problems with turn in to lock box. I was concerned about my rental equipment return but it was logged in ok.

DEBBIE MOne guy was very rude to me husband on the phone, but when he got to the business, the guy he worked with was decent and apologized for his business partner. Not a very big area, so we had no idea where to park the Uhaul.
Donald MMaybe consider the people who run these little independent businesses, before contracting with them. I was treated very very poorly over a simple question. I was spoke over, told they didn't have the time to talk to me from the get go, and all I had was a small question pertaining to my bill. Wasn't going to ask for money back or anything, just a simple question, the gentleman I spoke with was the most rudest individual ever!!!! If I was a paying customer with let's say a learning disability, he would have made someone feel like complete shit! NEVER AGAIN FOR THIS LOCATION AND THE BBB WILL HAS BEEN CONTACTED.

Rick SHaving order ready would have been nice. Trailer wasn’t hooked up, dollies and pads weren’t in the back of truck. It took almost an hour for me to get out of there not to mention my son and I had to do everything ourselves except I did have the older gentleman show us how to hook up trailer.

Joel AThat I had made the reservation and three days before was called to say that the truck I wanted was unavailable. I ended up canceling and did more work to book again. I had been told my only option was a 10 foot truck when I found a 15 foot truck online. A 10 foot smaller truck certainly was not what we had planned on and that was disappointing., especially since we had scheduled. We made the truck work and completed our move

MARK HTruck was given to us empty so we had to go fill it up with 1/4 of a tank. This location did reimburse us, however, I know U-HAUL does have extra fees written into their contracts that charge customers extra for returning these vehicles with lower fuel levels than they were rented out to at $5/gal and some even tack on an extra charge on top of that to take it and get the fuel. If you're going to charge customers extra to try and prevent these issues from occurring then you shouldn't pocket the fee money and then tell the next customer to go fill it up for you. That should not be our responsibility as the customers renting a truck. If someone returns the vehicles with low fuel then you charge them the contract fees they agreed to and go fill it up before the next rental so the next customer doesn't have to do it.
Brandon HNot many choices in Wooster for after hours drop off. The parking lot is very small for these big trucks but I appreciate the receipt provided after they checked truck in.
Doug SLocation was horrible !! Poorly lit - picked up at night and was literally scared to death in this dark industrial area with homeless wandering around. To make matters worse equipment had clearly not been checked prior to set up - one missing headlight - ooor working wipers and dirty interior. Would never use this location again.

John NHad to go inside to complete the pickup process and they altered my rental agreement without permission. They added some physical damage coverage which I had declined online when I made my reservation. I’ve reached out to U-Haul customer service.
Crystal BWhen you type in “East Side Storage” on GPS, it takes you to a location that is not where the U-Haul drop off site is. This was extremely confusing and it took us over 40 minutes to figure out where it needed to actually be dropped off.

don wThe whole process was easy, the people at East Side Storage were very friendly and pleasant to work with, the truck was clean and running great. The only thing that would have made this experience easier/better would be if the truck had a full tank of gas rather than a quarter.
Brian KChecking into the 24 hour system was a little tricky at first because it kept saying according to my GPS I was not at the right location (even though I definitely was). Finally after refreshing several times it allowed me to move forward with my rental. The truck tire sensor was on saying it had low air pressure (but we looked and the tire seemed to have plenty of air). The inside cab area was clean and tidy as well as the truck bed. Would certainly consider using U-Haul again in the future and will recommend to friends and family.

Theresa VThe lady who helped to make my reservation on the phone was very nice and the overall process of renting the uhaul was very quick. They closed shortly after we brought the uhaul back, so we returned the keys in the night box. My account was charged the next day for the actual balance and I didn't have to wait for the extra I paid to be redeposited because they only did a soft hold on my bank card. Uhaul is definitely on my list of places to recommend. Thank you for making the whole process so quick and easy!

Jomara CMade reservation online and had it all set up. Also, fuel was $.59 per gallon. However, it said if my rental was not available at guaranteed time that I would get $.50 per gallon. Upon arrival, an employee came out and said that I couldn’t reserve it online and had to go through her. She would not rent to me without adding extra insurance which, I did not want and did not select in the reservation online either. The rental also was not available at my reservation time due to her, wanting me to complete the reservation through her instead.

kathy hDrop off person was very rude. Would not open the door to talk too. Did not check the equipment that I brought back. Told me to put keys in box and leave. I will never use this location again. He needs to give up being a dealer, very rude.
David CThe place was horrible I spent two hours almost trying to get my refund of my deposit back I dropped it off had a picture of my mileages of when I dropped it off and then they tried to charge 5 extra miles that somebody in their office drove it they tried to charge me for that five extra miles and then they tried to charge me an extra day when I turned it in a day early and I have proof and it shows in the computer system of the U-Haul company East Bowman Street U-Haul should be shut down and investigated and they were rude.
