First they don't no what they are doing,took 2 hrs to hook the car carrier up, never secured my vehicle up right drove 700miles with jus 1 tire strapholding the car on to carrier, I believe I should get a discount because I could of lost my car or caused a major accident on the interstate even a death, very bad service I received

Nobody stepped forward to help after I waited at the Uhaul desk for over five minutes. I parked the Trailer and went inside to checkout and make sure I parked the trailer in the correct location before I unhooked it. Previous management was much better at helping Uhaul customers.

Give the customer the discounted rate when a coupon is presented but doesn't work. The customer service was good but was not satisfied i didn't receive my discount

The truck was very dirty inside the cab and inside the box. You need to do something in reference to your registration it took over 45 minutes to get checked out do your system.

It took 45 mins to get checked out, I had a reservation but I guess the system was backed up. This needs to be fixed for faster service, you shouldn't have to wait that long when you make a reservation.

Staff great , truck great, uhaul interface/computer HORRIBLE. Took them at least 4 attempts to create a rental ticket, they hold ONE HUNDRED MILES because they were burned before and they created TWO holds of $86 for a &40 rental. FOUR days later they still have these holds on my acct WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN

The time was adjusted to 0900am for pickup however the location does not open until 1000am. I was one of 3 others that all got there at 0900 to pickup trucks but weren't open.

I originally had a reservation at U-Haul Moving & Storage at King St 584 King St Charleston, SC 29403 but I was late to pick up so they canceled my reservation and I understand that is my fault so they sent my reservation to the Duncan Ace location and told me to hurry because they closed at 7pm. I drive 30 minutes to the other location to find out they closed at 5pm.

When picking up the vehicle, the attendant said it was .69 after 80 miles, after I got the invoice after dropping the truck off he charge .69 per mile. When I called to see why there was a different price he says he tells everyone the same thing. This was not a good experience and I will not use this location or probably UHaul again or recommend it to my friends

I hit a major storm with torrential rainfall and contacted U-Haul to say I had to pull over until the storm slow down and they told me then we are charging you another day. Not OK stay safe will see you when you get here not OK no problem I'll notate that on your account no they just charge me for an entire another day then when I told them that the dolly that they provided me with did not work as they said it would on the stairs and it made huge gouges in the brand new stairs of my home they refuse to remove the $10 daily charge for that as well. RUDE and unreasonable!!!! I overheard the manager telling an elderly woman that he does not except returns that are two months old he has a 90 day return policy. Hello moron 90 days is three months even rude to elderly people and doesn't know his math😳🤣🤣🤣🤣

The uhaul service is great but this location was run very poorly. I realize they were very short-staffed but it took me almost an hour to receive my truck even after I did everything I could do online to make the experience faster. I was on time for my pickup and it should not have been as much of a hassle as it was. On top of that when I received my truck there was a car parked behind it that was left there by a very grumpy guy who would not move. Thankfully when I called uhaul directly they extended my reservation an hour. I would rent a uhaul again but never from this location.

The truck was damaged leading to loud cabin noise. The warning sound would sound anytime the driver's door was open, regardless of the status of the ignition or headlights. The engine ran extremely rough, the movers, who drove behind me, noticed it in their car. I was not happy with the customer service I received at this location and will not be using them again in the future. The people at Budget were much more friendly and accommodating and will be the recipients of my business in the future. Also, Movinghelp.com, who you are associated with did not help me rectify my issues when the movers(Master Movers of North Charleston, SC) decided to walk away from the job after they showed up late and were refusing to move the furniture they were contracted to move. It put me in a bad position, and I will never use their service again either. This was the worst move I have done, and this is my eighth move due to my military service.

The employees were wonderful. I have a problem with setting a reservation at one location then the night before I am to pick up the truck I get a text saying i have to drive 9 miles out of my way to pick the truck up at a different location. It put 18 mile on the truck I was not prepared for and im really not happy about it.

I ordered online at Central Ave Summerville location for 9am. Go there on time and told they don't have the truck or dolly there, why let me reserve it then? They tell me I have to go to Red Bank road location which is 25 minutes away and additional mileage. Both locations were nice but your site allowing me to reserve equipment that isn't there is BULLSHIT. It cost me more in time and mileage overall. Y'all should be giving me a credit. No mention of that at the store fir my inconvenience. I will not be using uhaul again.

The interior of the truck smells like somebody just smoked a pack of cigarettes. Could not run with air conditioner on because of the smell was so overwhelming had to run with the windows down!

I rented my vehicle online and checked in via phone. I got a van. I estimated that my 24 hour usage would be 50 miles but I ended up with 104. I was notified at checkout that since I went over 100 miles I had a much higher rate than 19.95 plus fees and miles. Nobody in store told me this when I got the van and It wasn't in the contract that was emailed to me. The man at checkout told me that it's written on the van that over 100 miles is a different rate. I asked him to show me where it said that and he couldn't- then said that it says plus fees. I was never informed that going over 100 miles would increase my bill so drastically or I wouldn't have used that many miles. The man at checkout even told me someone at the store should've told me this information. Poor customer service and no communication. I was charged without being told what the rate was for over 100 miles. They said I couldn't do anything about it but call a 800 number. After being on hold for 20 min I hung up.
