No one notified me that this is a self check in and self check out. Did not get the help i Needed from the management regarding the service . I have had a bad experience for renting the truck from the location and I will not do it again from that location.

I had to take over an hour to get my truck and my equipment was not included. I ended up have Inc to drive to another location to pick up the code to get a key. Very frustrating experience and I would not recommend it

The only major issues I had was the hours because most people don't get off from work until after 5pm or 6pm and the facility closed at 6pm. Being closed on Sundays sucked too because lots of people would message me on that day to ask to come pick up items I was selling on Facebook marketplace and I'd have to tell them no which would cause me to lose money since the customer worked Monday-Saturday past the normal open hours. Extending the hours & being open on Sundays would be great!

Leslie was EXTREMELY helpful and made a TERRIBLE situation work out in the end for us, otherwise we may not have been able to move as scheduled. We booked a long-range 1-way rental online. We arrived at the stated reservation time and our truck was on the lot. There was another customer trying to rent the vehicle and may have had we not arrived at that time. So the location was not aware of our reservation until after we arrived. The vehicle had NOT BEEN CHECKED-IN from it's previous rental and was COMPLETELY FILTHY, both inside and out. Leslie let me borrow her electric blower and I CLEANED THE TRUCK MYSELF. The storage area was full of dirty and debris. The cab was DISGUSTING, with left beverages and food and mud all over. After removing the trash, I drove it to my house and doused the entire cab with cleaner and aired it out before departing on a 15 hour drive. The truck was NOT comfortable, many things in the cab were wrong or not working or just unpleasant. But the FUNDAMENTALS of the truck were fine. The engine worked and went up and down the hills fine and the A/C blew cold.

Not sure it can be improved. Not enough room to pick up trailer. Wasn’t sure if he had the trailer then after some convincing he realized he did have a trailer available. Then we were supposed to have it for 24 hours except he closed at 5 and wasn’t open on Sunday so that was impossible so we had to hurry up and get it back before 5. We did contact U-Haul and she did extend our time to Monday but it was impossible to get it back since we both work.

We loved their office hours, and everyone was so helpful from the day we moved in. It was clean and access to my unit was just as promised. ++++++ THEY ARE the LOWEST PRICE IN THE AREA!!!!!
