I am a regular Uhaul customer of this location because of its location, not its service. I rate it low because of the long wait I have to experience each time I receive and return a trailer. Customers purchasing gas, lottery tickets and cigarettes get priority over my business. It has taken me up to 30 minutes from the time the attendant starts my contract to getting it completed, because every time a customer comes in, he stops to process their sale. All the while there may be another one or two Uhaul customers waiting to go through the same process. MORE STAFF needed or simply give us another option in the Cambridge downtown core.

This was truly a terrible experience and I do not recommend this company to anyone. Twice we rented a truck and both times it was aweful! The trucks are in very bad condition and unsafe and customer service is very bad as well. It was a very stressful experience and they will definitely not be a third time for me with this company!!

Initially service from 800 # disappointing. Booked 26 ft truck in July in georgetown and then told 2 days before we could only get 20 ft truck in milton. Not cool. We changed pick up location to cambridge and they were awesome.

No improvements. Staff were friendly and efficient. I've rented twice from this location and would recommend it.

Its tough to run a gas bar/convenience store/uhaul location all out of one spot with only one person on duty. Not a reflection on the fella who was working. He was doing the best he could but was run off his feet. It made for long waits both on pick up and drop off even though I completed the pre-check in steps on line ahead of time. I suspect your franchisee is trying to save costs by staffing just one employee but in the long run it may cost him repeat business (mine for example).

The staff were courteous the equipment was clean I returned the equipment the staff hooked up and unhook the trailer for me the process was seamless

Have a representative available to take care of Uhaul business. I have used this location many times (because of its location not its service) and every time it take 20 - 30 minutes to complete a rental. Even when I book everything on line. As Uhaul customer I have to wait until the gas and convenience customers are taken care of before I am attended to. Then during the process there is the constant interruption of the process to check out a pack of cigarettes, lottery tickets or gas. Not a pleasant process!

Tried to pick up using truck share but "locate my truck" feature wouldn't find my location (though location services were active on my mobile). Ended up needing to pickup in store and was 40 minutes late for my reservation as a result.

Service and friendliness was great, but light was on on the dash and there was really no concern. Truck still drove fine on really hot day. Light was oil and wrench light.

Guys were rude both when I picked up the truck and when I returned it. I will never deal with this location again.

The truck had to be paid for by credit card when picking up. We did not know this until we got there. We only had debit. This would have been good information to have before driving all the way there.
