Please check the battery, The uhaul died on me twice which I had to call to get roadside assistant for the battery. All they did was jump it off instead of replacing the battery which could have made my move a lot better.

james thomasEquipment ( ie towable trailers) need to be inspected prior to rental, the unit I rented had 60% of clearance and rear running lights non operational. This can be a major safety issue, in today's traffic scenarios.

Catundra WaltonTwice I have rented from this location in two weeks. The first time I told them I was going to use the 7 dollar dolly that was on the truck. I get to where I’m going, guess what? No dolly! Even though they took $10 off my bill it was a total inconvenience as I had helpers lined up ready to help me with moving and I had to leave some items behind because we didn’t have a dolly. So I rented again from them today 12/2/2023. Reserved the truck online along with an appliance dolly. Get to the store to pick up the truck and guess what, no appliance dolly’s anywhere in the store. They had been rented out without being out in the system. Today was my last time I will ever rent from U-Haul again. You all want to nickel and dime people when either equipment is not available or half working. Rented a U-Haul earlier this year air conditioner went out as I was getting close to my destination. Mind you this was in the middle of the summer. Rolling down the windows didn’t even help. I had to drive 2 hours back with no air and all they could give me if I remember correctly is about 30 off my rental. WTH! U-Haul, you all suck! I will give my money to another truck rental company before I ever spend another dime with you all. Do better! Take this survey and make changes within your company and to your customers

antoinette brownI reserved a truck a month prior to my departure date. Scheduling people didn't make appropriate arrangements for me to get a truck from the uhaul location a few blocks from my home. Instead, I had to drive an hour away only to pick up the wrong truck - which was the only truck available at the location - and there was no one there to assist me.

Brandi FontenotMy order wasn't changed over as requested to a drop box order. I was unable to pick up my uhaul after checking in. I had to call the 1-800 number to get a code to check out and I was unable to check the u haul back in and needed assistance as well. I was charged an after hour fee, which is penalizing the client. Why do you have a pickup/drop box, but still charge the customer an additional fee because the business is closed on Sunday's? That isn't fair to me as a customer

Anthony HartleyThe truck was dirty on the inside of the cab and in the storage area. I found personal items of someone who used the truck prior to me. I was only given 113 miles to drive before I was charged $1.00 pre mile. I took the truck from the pickup point to my house, loaded the truck and then took the shortest route to my destination and was over the mileage by 5 miles. There should be some leeway on the miles instead of going from pickup point to drop off point. It was only $5, but it is still ridiculous.
