The service was fantastic. From help with booking to returning.
THOMASJOHN L.The front alignment was off and the wheel was turned 20 degrees to the right to keep the vehicle straight. Everything else was above expected. Really fast checkin and return, Great review of the vehicle by the staff.

I had to spend an hour the night before my move waiting for customer service and having them get everything properly set-up. Incredibly frustrating a night before a move.

Instead of saying, "Yes, it takes some practice." He insulted my intelligence and then walked away. This human is a poor representative for U-haul and should be removed from your system.

PETER S.Last time I used U-Haul was in '97 and it was a horrible experience with reserved truck not what was ordered, dirty and rude, uncaring and unhelpful staff. Ended up canceling and going with Ryder across the street. Night and day compared to this most recent one. Equipment and customer experience were fantastic. Staff were friendly,efficient and informative. Will definitely rent again and refer to others.

Renee B.The trailer we were getting was not at the rental place we had to go an hour and a half out of our way to go pick up a trailer so I can move the car that I wanted it was just the one big hassle I should have got a better discount for it I'm not pleased with my service whatsoever if I hadn't known it was going to be this much hassle I would have borrowed the trailer from work and did it that way instead it would have been a lot easier and a lot less aggravation as far as I'm concerned I should be getting half my money back for the aggravation that I had to go through
Kelly C.Reeked like cigarette smoke. We put our stuff in there. We aired out as much as possible. Very gross. Also, I was originally told Markham then that moved to Newmarket - which was annoying but manageable. Then it was moved again but much ur there away. I had coordinated everything to Newmarket. Worried if I waited another day it would have gone even further north. Move was very stressful. You made it more stressful changing locations and not having a full tank.

LEON W.Not charge people a gas fee when they almost put it where it was. It was like half a notch. So I put $30 in for gas, and get charged 35 for not putting in perfectly. Mine as well not fill it. Not to mention 89 cents a km is insanely expensive. Won't be using uhaul again.
Dylan B.I ordered a 26 ft moving truck for a 4 bdrm house for May 1st. in Newmarket, less than 24 hrs before I pick up the truck, I get a call that my 10 ft truck in Sutton is ready! (35 min north of my location in newmarket!) It will cost me the same amount and I have to have it back by 4:20 pm?! You ruined my move! I have never been so disappointed. Especially during covid lockdowns! No matter who I called nobody would even try to help. All I heard from your staff was " well this is typical mam. Next time don't book it online" or "this isn't my region, I can't help you." (the phones were being transfered all over because of the call volume) I'm appalled at your policies and lack of customer service! After spending hundreds of dollars on Uhaul boxes, paper, mattress covers, tape and bubble rap - this is how I was treated! I would love to know how you plan on changing my opinion, if it even matters to you at all.... Belinda Black 519.999.2633
Belinda B.If Online is selected and there are gliches, someone should be available through phone to fix things instead of needing to cancel and reschedule. Poor customer service my initial booking 2 days ago.
GIOVANNI P.People at the rental location were great. Roadside service provided by Uhaul was the worst I've ever experienced. Took 2hrs to tell me I'd have to wait an hour to her a flat changed. Then an hour after that I received a message telling me I had to call my company because the people hired to change the tire weren't coming. Then told I'd have to wait another hour. An hour and a half after that I went to bed as no one was coming. Finally got the tire changed before noon the next day. Dealing with your roadside was a complete and total disaster. Cost me a full day of work.

George S.When I went in to drop off the keys, the guy said “ you Parked it far enough away! Put the keys on the counter. “ Very rude. I didn't notice a uhaul sign or truck to park at, so I went through the gate and parked it in an open spot. Now the lady that called me this morning around 8:30am from DC Marine was very friendly. She said she called to confirm it was due back tomorrow at 11:30am and how was everything? I said great and how long are you open to since I plan to bring it back today. She said 5:00pm. If no one is there, just put the keys in the drop box. She had asked me to park it with the other UHaul trucks. When I got there I didn't see any other trucks unfortunately.
