This place is terrible and the owner is nasty or whoever was at the front desk. The truck had check engine light on when I rented it so the vehicles are not serviced. I returned the truck in 2 hours and gave the keys back and showed mileage to the same unfriendly guy. He then called me 3 days later asking when I'm gonna return the truck!!!!! Say what!!!! Unreal. Then I get some Pro note where I owe $7 and I can't pay it because he won't answer the phone. This business sucks stay away and rent the truck from somewhere else!!!VLADIMIR O.
The man at the station was not friendly in the slightest and i requested furniture pads and did not receive them, in addition I paid for them, mentioned on may things I did not get them and nobody from uhaul reached out to me.Max L.

The cab of the vehicle was smelly but appeared clean. The outside of the vehicle was dirty but didn't cause any issues. The location was small and the attendant asked for an emergency contact name and number at the desk which I thought I had already given during the reservation process. He had me write the name and number on a random piece of paper rather than an official document or submitting it into a computer.Katherine M.

I got a truck that was not clean in the cab. It was a very dirty, not properly cleaned vehicle. Then, after I returned it, I was charged $25 cleaning fee. I would like my $25 back.ROBERT L.

Ths site didn't have some of the supplies that I could use to compete my move. But it did have a selection of trucks that I was able to choose from. Service manager was helpful and efficent in getting me through the rental process.Rory D.
The truck was dirty inside with what looked like dog hair and dog dander on the passenger seat. My wife, who is allergic to dogs, got hives from it. This lead me to believe the rest of the interior wasn't cleaned either which is especially concerning during covid. The truck only had 1/4 tank of gas when I picked it up so I had to fill it before I left which was annoying. Maybe this is a scam to get the customer to pay more in gas? If it has a full tank when you pick it up it's simple to return it with a full tank and the customer isn't paying for any gas he/she didn't use. But it's hard for the customer to return the truck with 1/4 tank of gas. It's more likely they will return it with more gas than that so the customer is paying for gas they aren't actually using. There were scratches, dents, and other cosmetic damage on every side of the truck so I had to take more time to take pictures of everything so I wouldn't be found at fault for it. It made me glad I got the most comprehensive insurance option, but I shouldn't have to do that. Picking up the truck from the gas station attendant was easy though, as was the check in process.ALEXANDERCARMODY H.

As the customer, I specifically asked the reservation agent if we would be charged for the rental at pick up or if it qould be at drop off. Per the reservation agent, we would not have anything charged to us until drop off. He specifically stated that UHaul never charges anything until drop off because they don't know if we will have additional charges for extra miles or extra days. However upon pick up of BOTH trucks (on different days) we were immediately charged at pick up for the full amount which caused overdraft fees to be charged to my bank account. And please dont lecture me about "holds" because its still a charge and I asked if there would be ANY charge and was told no.John T.

The person my wife returned the truck to was extremely disrespectful and womanizing. He made her take photos, using HIS phone, of the mileage. This is clearly a Covid 19 protocol issue. He claims there is a $25 upcharge if the blankets are not folded (no where in my contract does it say that) He turned it in a "dirty". This is not about the $25, this is about the way he treated my wife. After she parked, he told her she needed to back the truck into another "tight" spot. She refused to do that. He did NOT sanitize the truck and handed the keys directly over to an elderly couple. I filed a complaint with a Manager @ U-Haul. She is turning this over the other to the field manager. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.Richard H.
Sat. am...Only one person...Trying to help 3/4 Rental customers, AND take care of regular customers at the window for Gas, Ciggs, Lottery Tickets ...etc! I pre-registered to save time! It took 25 minutes for me to finally get in the van I had rented!!! Too slow....need one operson to just take care of Rentals on Saturday!!! Not Rocket Science!!!Gaynor D.

Just a short few hour rental to move wood dining/wedding chairs. When we returned truck the gentleman said we had not â€œcleanedâ€ it and suggested we would be charged $25.00. The truck looked just like it did when we picked it up which was clean. He was rather rude. We took pictures to be sure we did not get charged. The guy told me it was $30 bucks to rent the 15 foot truck .,. Fine fine then after I already had my credit card put in the machine he said he would charge me $91.62 if I went over 40 miles . Okay fine we'll I went over and got charged $116.89 . I will NEVER rent a u haul again! Unbelievable I'm so pissed and I won't ever be able to get that money back!sara M.

The representative did not follow standard protocol for checking the vehicle back in or we would have seen that I was given additional miles. Instead he insisted there was nothing noted on my form and charged me extra. I would like reimbursed for what he charged me. I used this location previously and had issues. I showed up to pick up my van about 10 minutes before my pick up time and another customer was being helped. I had already done the online check in so I figured it would be a quick and easy pickup. When it was my turn the store clerk was having issues finalizing my pickup on his end. He tried to call someone with no answer. Rather than continuing to try and figure out my issue he started helping the next person in line while I just waited there. After the next customer was helped the clerk then gave me the local uhaul help desk number and told me I needed to call. So I did and with no resolution. Very frustrated I asked the clerk if he could just cancel my pickup and resubmit a new one which he did and finally worked but this whole ordeal made me 40 minutes late for my move while friends that were helping me move had to wait on me. Your company has a contract with a shitty partner that didn't even assist us in anyway. Let's not forget that you all waited until damn near the last minute to tell me to go to a different location and o specifically asked only for a U-Haul dealer. Very Unprofessional and I will never again deal with your company again. You all should be ashamed of yourself having a partner lease out your equipment and they claimed to have had no knowledge of how to assist with the hookup of the trailer.Sandra B.

Person that checked us in came across friendly and helpful. We rented a 10 foot box truck that when we got it had a little dirt in the back and smelled like cigarette smoke in the cab. We borrowed the truck for 3 hours and only put 11 miles on it. We spent time cleaning it out to ensure we would avoid the $25 cleaning fee. Apparently it was not clean enough because we got charged the cleaning fee. How is that possible when we returned it cleaner then when we got it. I guess he was mad that we only used the truck for 11 miles and 3 hours then the projected 6 hours and 40 miles we said we might use... I would strongly recommend people to take up another option in renting a truck from this establishment or just add $25 bucks to the end of the bill anticipating a cleaning fee... it will be interesting to see if he charges everyone 25 cleaning fee, if so he is a crook. On a nice note, the truck ran well and fulfilled our need. No issue there, just with the person and establishment.michael R.

When I picked up the truck, it was clear that no one had checked the back after the last customer. The blankets were missing, the hand truck did not have the tag on it, and there was trash in the back of it (coffee cups, etc). That I could live with, but here's where it went south. The truck was a piece of crap. It blew a power steering line, causing the steering and brakes to fail. I was stuck on the side of 695 with literally no room to open the door on either side (drivers would hit a wall, passengers would open into traffic). It took roadside assistance 30 minutes to FIND a repair service, who was then another 30 minutes away. I ultimately had to find my own ride home, so spent 40 bucks on an Uber. The service station was supposed to call me back to discuss reimbursement, but I've not heard anything in a few days. Total disaster... I finally got home after midnight after a full day of moving.RUSSELL C.
