Charged us an extra 20 dollars for nothing. We dropped it off on time, had to wait for a guy to come down for us to return it.

Showed up on thanksgiving because the location was open. Thus was the reason i picked the location. No one on staff was trained to return the trailer. Had to make alternate arrangements to store the trailer. When i returned the next day i was told just to drop the trailer myself and they would check me out in the system.

It was awful. 11 hours before we moved across state and absolutely nothing we had reserved was available, we need to tow our car and uhaul thought a longer truck would make it even? We ended up doubling gas prices. Never will use again and will warn others not to as well. Worst experience ever that almost cost our move and jobs because it put us behind.

The trailer I reserved was not there until hours later. I had to make two trips after driving to two other locations where a one way trailer was not available and the other location was not open as they were supposed to be. Would like my $50 for not having the trailer as guaranteed.

I was charged $500 more then quoted. Customer service took and hour to talk to , and was told to bad. Will never use uhaul again. And would tell folks to stay clear!

No one was available for the vehicle check in even though it was within the stated business hours. I left the key with customer service department of the store and was told they would check it in the next day. I specifically made sure that I had enough fuel in the vehicle in order to not get charged extra for them filling it up but received a new invoice in the amount of $70.95 for 11 gallons of fuel stating that the level was below where it needed to be. This is an outright lie and I would caution anyone from using this location for your U-Haul rental needs.

I was very happy with Rob, store manager at County Market. He got several answers before i rented the u-haul. He was very honest gave me the price and I paid it. Then the unfortunate thing happened i got charged $50 more. He gave me the price they gave him. I am furious i was charged more. I actually checked with another place it was the same price Rob gave me. I hope whomever got the extra $50 enjoys it. Rob was honest this was the u-haul company that deducted the extra money. Beware this doesn't happen to you.

my original reservation was the wash n win in macomb. I made this reservation a month in advance. I was told there was no 10' truck available there and that I had to go to Monmouth to get the truck. I drove past the place I made my original reservation and macomb and there were not one, but two 10' trucks sitting there. im not happy and will not be using uhaul again.
