A heads up that we need a card to pay wouldve been super nice, especially since all we had was cash and i had to call a friend with a card just to get my uhaul that had been reserved for a month.

Not sure where to leave keys for return truck. Lady at 800 # said to leave the keys in the truck, which sounded risky and keys were left in drop box.

We reserved a large truck and had to go to Sioux Fall to get a small truck. Not the locations fault. Uhaul has to get there head out of there ass and get equipment to the Sioux Falls area.

The trailer obviously was not checked after the last rental, it was filled with sawdust, dirt and leaves that we had to sweep out before we could use the trailer.

Trailer was dug out in the front from the snow but completely covered every where else and was frozen to the ground. They handed me a sledge hammer to see if we could get it unstuck..no one ever came out to help with it.

I did have one of the ladies call me at 8am and be slightly rude about the payment for the truck. When it was a mess up on their end.

The trailer was dirty inside, but the bigger issue was that it doesnt have a tongue jack. The trailer is heavy to lift. These trailers should have jacks on the rear corners and tongue.

Maybe stop being an asshole like every other company on the planet? Like not charging a customer for more days than they need it? I need a 10 foot van for 3 days. I'm forced to pay $1,418 because your system decided I needed it for 6 days and you don't offer a 3-day deal. I drive a truck for a living, you don't think I know how long it will take me to drive 1700 miles? And don't tell me it's a "convenience fee" because there's nothing convenient about it. and don't tell me I don't have to accept it because yours is the only one in the area that offers a one-way rental. I have no other options which is why you are allowed to charge the prices you do.

I ordered the truck originally well be fore it was needed, but I got a call from a site other than what I wanted. I could not get through on a call to straighten it up. I cancelled the order and made a new order. I( get a call the day before I was to pick up the truck and was told there was no truck availible.(thiis is the computer age-- you should know where your trucks are and not confirn a rental when yiouhave no trucks available) I was told that i could get a truck if I went 100 miles out of my way or the alternative was to travel 200 miles out of my way.. Now that I have gone out of my way to find a truck and return it at my destination in less than a day I find out you are billing me for 2 days and the amount of miles you have alowed me not the acual milles. I sent an E-mail requesting a breakdown of what I was billed for and never recieve an answer. I should have a rebate of say $50.00 for having to go out of my way to get a truck when you could not provide me one as ordered. IF YOU EXPECT ME TO GIVE YOU A GOOD RATING, YOU ARE SADLY MISTAKE . I WILL NEVE USE YOU BUSINESS AGAIN !!!
